Surprise!!!!

This kayak addict is parting ways with two, TWO!!!! , kayaks this week. And NOT looking at any others as replacements.

Shocking!!!!

Lol. Weighing things out, use, fit, aspirations, etc; the chioce was obvious. Time to send a pair out to others that will use them and love them better than I can.

So on the block are Beast, the 16′ expedition SOF Feathercraft K1. And Betty Boof, the Pirouette Oldskool WW/slalom racer.

And both have already been scheduled a viewing. Both within hours of posting. One person is driving in from Albany NY to check out Betty. (Didn’t know that design had a following. )

So while they havent moved out of my drydock, yet, the odds are good they will soon, and I wish them fair seas and a following wind on their ways. They both deserve better than I can provide (and more water time than I can squeeze in.)

WINGS OF CHANGE

Soon G, T, and their growing family find themselves caught between government agencies, competing agendas, and people who would very much like to know exactly what they’re capable of. What began as tinkering and experimentation is becoming something far more consequential.

Because when you build something powerful enough to change the rules, eventually somebody comes looking for the keys.
