Keeping the bleg open for a few days.

Sort of a short day today. Two jobs, one setting posts for a fence, the other, a repaiir job. EVERYONE was thrown at them and why it ended up being a short day. We all know our shit, and there were no corners cut, but not so much to do as make a full day. Sigh. I DO KNOW, Son of Bossman has been running rampant trying to drum up more work,,, He’s been taking the Advertising Kia everywhere, while doing estimates and the like. He’s trying, but when the markets are running scared (except for the inflated and manipulated WallSt thing),,,,

Yeah,,, I get it. I’ve a feeling that is part of why I’m getting no feelers yet. (and I need to get out more and broader Business card dumps. Been doing them, but its early in the game yet,,, Don’t give in to the failure daemons.(persistent little nagging irritating voices from the darks,,, Hatez ’em!)

As for the above image. We, The People, KNOW this shit happens on the regular. We hear things, we talk, compare notes, and one guy is even spending time in jail for COPYING Mdm Peelousy’s portfolio Choices. Why are these fuckers NOT being indicted for RICO violations, Insider Trading, etc etc etc?

Looking at the great wide world, stuff in the ME, that I am NOT going to discuss, except to say; if you see something that looks horrible and is being spun HARD by the media, STOP, SIT, THINK!!!! Things are not as they seem. That Big Club is scared silly by the reactions from The ME and other countries. The Whole NATO thing was so outside of their calculus (though anyone watching the numbers over the last 30 years coulda told’em,, that treaty is a dead elephant stinking up the halls.) Anygobstops, don’t wanna go down that road here,,,,

Here’s a ‘investment tip’ for ya. Besides the THREE B’s¹, I’d do a little setting aside of things like Portland and Quicklime. If things get really wonky and sideways, building permits are gonna be history, and one could build extra heating stuff onto their house with local materials, but that cement thing may be hard to come by. Add in a 10% mix of quicklime (yes, it takes much longer to ‘cure’) will make your project ‘self healing’. And there may be another reason for that quicklime,,, it does wonders at covering the smell of what you can’t bury,,,,

Fact is, I can’t tell you what direction things are gonna take: I don’t think ANYONE could at this stage. I do worry, and its because I DO CARE, and its become quite obvious that there are Entities in the great wide world that DO NOT. In some ways, I am saying “Emulate them” and cover your ass. A little here, a little there. Like right now, with my bleg. Note I said I was gonna use the extra to keep the kids in feed. Didn’t say squat about little old me. Reason, I have my Feed ends covered (and the kids to some extent, but Mama is one picky bitch.) I’m just rotating some stock through and will re-up when things get ‘not so tight’. Stuff like Fuel: I do need and should have prior, work on, at least, a 30Gal reserve. I even have the barrels: one for transport and one that would be elevated,,, Just never seem to get around to it. That list that never ends, with the evolving priority chain,,,, Thats my story and I’m stickin’ to it.

Alright, now I’m babblin’ and ramblin’ and being discombobulated with my hyperactive three braincells. Time to send some sedatives to at least one of them. Small brew tonight. (my reserves of Guiness)
