Here local, a local fish wrapper had this headline on page 1.
“Heroic 139 day struggle ends in success” talking about a local that spent that time fighting c19. A bug that has a 99.4% survival rate, and roughly 80% infected NEVER EVEN KNOW THEY HAD IT. Ahyuh, seems dood had several other issues, YET AGAIN the media spins the headline to effect public opinion. I give higher Kudos to the Docs for keeping the genetic mess alive that long: I probably wouldn’t have been so humanitarian, but then, I am an asshole like that.
I get it, don’t like it, but I get it. Its a sad state that the mechinizations of a compliant Media system, a corrupt government, and indoctrination Edu-mi-cation system are able to play the CoN so openly, with near zero backlash. IF any backlash happens, when it does, it will be with interest compounded: but I ain’t holding my breath. To large a percentage of the Population seemingly Likes the current set up. I guess actually using the brain is far too taxing on them. (Hint: the brain is like a muscle; ya gotta work it out to keep it in trim, or it goes as flacid and limp as that belly you prop up with a belt. Same can be said for our immune system; not exercised, it grows weak.)
I don’t consent. There is a growth of “dis-consent” growing in the nation, and with good reason. The PTwB are acting like they WON. They didn’t, they stole, they admitted they stole it, and there is no less than 1/3rd of the populace awake to the Bullshit and spreading the word. The rapid, in your face diktats coming down from on high are starting to give those fence sitters pause: pause long enough to ask a question, and they aren’t liking the answers they are being given.
I keep saying it, and I wont shut up about it. Our problem is NOT some virus/bug/germ. Our problem is manifold, but starts with GOVERNMENT, and is compounded by current educational practice. Far too many people depending on “schools” that more resemble daycare than education. More indoctrination than critical thinking, or even more basic things like reading or math. More recent schools that have been built more resemble a jail or prison than a school. Teeny windows up high in the walls, fencing around everything, corrals within the campus, and some are even sporting stranded barbwire up top. They say its to protect the children from predators and thats a great “reason”, if you don’t account for the lack of sense in other areas. (And IMO helps indoctrinate the future inmates being trained.)
And the Media,,, that horrendous monstrosity bought and paid for by people that despise the country that allowed them to succeed.
But ultimately it all comes back down to the individual. I choose. I could choose to listen to the propaganda and never question. But I choose otherwise, not out of spite, but out of my desire to know. Maybe I took a big ol’ chomp out of that apple before taking my place on this plane of existence. And maybe it is my curse to question it all, and accept nothing as fact. One fact that keeps getting hammered home, is the laziness inherent in human nature. And that laziness is one of the taproots holding up the tree of current events. Too many want to pass the buck onto others and are willing to accept less than average end products. And those of us striving for better, get pulled down by the rapidly decaying ‘average’ .
And maybe its just the tail end of winter and days worth of rain making me sullen and obtuse.
