well, that sorta died

I started early this mornin’.  Well before first light, coffee strong, keyboard charged up, blog backroom open,,,

and  SPLAT!!!!

Started to make noise about the recent (S)election cycle, my take on why a certain half of the uni-party got their asses whooped

and it hit me.  There is NO choice.  Not a revelation sort of hit, but just acceptance that the whole game is so rigged,,, 

Credible evidence points to cheating in several points around the board, for  one aspect. There were (supposedly) presidential turn outs in key states for a mid-term election cycle.   Never happens!!!   But did this time.    The smell test fails.

SAVE act never enacted even though the populace had an  88% approval for that act, across the entire spectrum of political  leanings.   Why?  Because the machine didn’t want it.

There is no political system, its a facade covering the bureaucratic institute that actually runs the show.  In a discussion  with Claude, concerning some of my anarchistic leanings and possible future directions of the country; even Claude mentioned the embedded bureucratic entity and how, no matter if we went with HARSH term limits, the machine behind the scenes would still be there.   

That’s a problem, and not one with  easy solutions.  

Yeah, I was talking to AI about politics and ideologies.   I set the parameters to “devils advocate” with “point out falacies” and “Keep the response below 500 words” because I wanted to see if my thinking was completely skewed.   I watch the world at large and wonder “am I the fuckin’ crazy one?”. 

Well, no, but I am a bit of an outlier in my thinking.   Limited government, as in hobbled and restrained to the point of pain government.   Voluntary self assessed taxation without property taxes would be a start.  If the government does what it says, people might be more willing to pay for it.  The last two years shows exactly what we get: not what what we demanded, for certain.   

And I could go on and on about some of the possible solutions I have come up with in my head.   I even bounced some of them off the AI agent.   The parameters I set were perfect for gouging big gaping chunks of flesh out of those ideas.   Some of them have potential,,,

but won’t ever happen because people, in general, want that free lunch.  Its hard wired into the human species to look for the easiest path with the least pain.    Unfortunately, that path usually leads to hard times and more pain after several generations.  

We ain’t seen the fruition of that pain, yet.  

Some people in the spheres I read on the regular are talking about how the “Democrats” are gonna go for blood now that they have the house and senate.  

They’ll try, maybe.    If they are smart, they’ll ease into things, the way the whole friggin mess has eased up on us over the last 100 years.   IF they jump the shark, the backlash is primed, locked and cocked, just waiting for ‘a reason’.  

Nothing is gonna get better.  Not soon anyway.   Its gonna get worse.  But the board is wide open, the conflicts behind the scenes in the machines of state and intel are still ongoing, and we have a prez with emotional/mental fractures showing, engaged in a foriegn war we shouldn’t have started (and yes, WE started it, maybe at the behest of NutJobYahoo, but it was our actions that kicked that hornets nest.)

Final point of order for my assessment?   New boss, same as the old boss.   Different day same old shit.   Nothing on the table of priorities has changed a whit for me.   Keep learning, keep prepping, keep my head above water, stay flexible.
