Grk!
Feathercraft K1 folding kayak. Great little (if you want to call 16′ little) yak.

And we are still fighting a decade of grime, corrosion, and gook!
I’m almost at the point of tossing my hands up and throwing in the towel. It might be cheaper (and definitely easier) to just purchase stock tubing and remake the sections. Then I would Know it would be right, without scarring up tubes or putting crimps in them that may fail later.
Ah, but timing is everything, eh?
Not gonna happen fast, I CAN say that.
100′ of 3/4″ and one 10′ section of 7/8″ along with 5 or 6′ of 5/8″ for splices and coupling points. I haven’t even considered checking on prices yet, but I do have a place local that makes awnings from aluminum tubing, so I may be able to get it wholesale or nearly so. Not that twice marked up retail I did see at the hardware store ($27 for a 5′ section of 3/4″!!!!)

My new favorite sign.😜
Note, I have a LOT to say about things, but find keeping my resident Marine mouth in check while typing is, , well, troublesome. Lol. I have about 20000 words in a doc on the lappy, but without careful revision, would most affirmatively get my site sent to the hoosegow.
Here’s a fun one for you. You’ve heard of BLM, and AntiFa, look for NFAC.
Keep your eyes on all of them. I continue to say and think that November 4th will be the beginning of Dog only knows what.

And I ain’t talkin!
