Oh, not that I didn’t DO anything,,,,    Only spent all day under what felt like a very MEAN Big orange ball, with nary any shade to hide in (we had ONE maple tree in the area we are at and that is where we were taking our breaks.   Down in a dip in the ground so breezes,,, whasdat?  yeah,,, one-o-dem days,,,)

State job, must be to spec, has inspectors dropping at random so no short cuts,,,   and the plan calls for DEEP holes.   36″ deep holes.  Thats WAY overkill IMO, but hey, they’s paying the bill, we dig the holes.   (not just 36″ deep, but must be 12″ dia for the lines, and 18″ dia for the corner/ends.   THATS a lot of concrete needed,,,,)  

So, nothin’ to talk about, concerning the world at large, dunno whats goin’ on out there, just know I have some fresh sunburned arms (needed that, will be browned by AM)  and it took 20 minutes in the shower to get all the grunk of lime dust, sweat, and what ever the hell else settled on my sweat soaked body, OFF.  

and tomorrow we do it all again.   several stretchs of line poles that still need planted.

Not even going to try speculating how “Iranian Prez and other staff” dead in Helo crash, is going to pan out.   Timing is everything.   I do know, the Iranian people were celebrating,,,   Says much about the actual situation there, no?  Usually a President is Mourned and Honored, at least if the people like them even a little bit.   The People of Iran were shooting off Fireworks and CELEBRATING,,, No, no lost love in the firey crash of a helo in the mountains.

But how that is gonna play out with the the whole ME travesty we have seen playing out since last October,,, Dunno, not a clue, other than, there are going to be some shifts in vector of current politics in the region: good, bad, same old same old, no clue.

Been doing more Mental Gaming of things mentioned in that vid I linked the other day, the one where the ‘earth flips’,,,

Obviously, I am no Geological expert: I am a blue collar Skilled Tradesman, with way too many tongs in the fires of knowledge.   So, take what I am about to ‘explain’ with a grain of salt and know that its about as dumbed down as it can get (which is pretty far actually).  

Watching it again, the host talks about how when the poles flip orientation, the mantle will shift on its axis as well, even though he planetary whole will maintain its current spin on a tilt relative to its orbit around the sun.   He flat states that the energy released by a certain level of CME is going to ‘break the mantle loose’ and it will float into a new orientation, 90 degrees from its current one. (he also states that this happens every 12000 years or so.)

PROBLEM.   Dude,,, The mantle ALREADY is floating over cores.   Its why we have techtonic activity, like earthquakes and volcanoes and hot springs/geysers.    Things DO shift around, and yes, sometimes they can do so quite dramatically (ask any one from California or Japan,,,   OR watch the eruption of Mt St Helen again.)    To get an entire continent to shift as he is suggesting (stating) would require ENORMOUS amounts of energy, and to be quite honest, said amounts would destroy everything on the surface long before the tsunamis ‘returned’ .

IMO, dude spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME investigating how Hollywierd made the movie 2012 so damned plausible (its called Willing suspension of disbelief, and GOOD writers and directors can call it up at will)

So, my take away?   IF/WHEN the poles flip, they will likely do so quite quickly, and stabilize,,, its the middle ground where things get wonky for us fast moving humans.   If you ever look at the magnetic force lines of a magnet, you will see the problem: look at the focii of the poles,,,, the protection comes between them, and everything else gets pushed to the poles.  That means that when the North (magnetic) pole is triapsing down through Russia towards Bengladesh, there are going to be LARGE  amounts of Stellar energy being pulled down to the surface. and the collapsing energy waves are going to wreck all sorts of shit in waves outward from there.    (energy doesn’t ‘die’ it transforms.   EM waves become radio waves,,, radio waves passing through conductors become EM waves.  Yes, there is some efficiency loss, usually in heat, but the energy does NOT die, it just becomes another form.   Not enough focus in me to go into all the ‘particles are waves are particles’ stuff here,,, Utoob the double slit experiment if you really want to dive into this rabbit hole.)   

AND there is a REAL possibility of Multiple poles,,,   Talk about screwing up navigation in real time,, what if there were (recorded, up to 6!) sets of north/south poles, or even 3 or 4 north, and 7 or 8 south,,,,    all scatttered will-he nil-he about the globe.  Think about all of the Solar wind particles able to wiggle through the  Van Allen belt to hit targets on the surface,,,,    As an analogy, it would be like making a bullet proof vest with a bolt of cheese cloth.   Might stop a bullet, likely won’t.

So, on that note, I am going to throw out a caveat here.   MAYBE, sometime in the far far past, somesuch event did take place where the crust of the earth rotated 90 off axis.    We do know that there were super-continents like Pangea and a couple of others at one time or another, so yes, the Crust DOES move,,,

BUT

I would speculate that such an event happened very early on our planets history when there was WAY more energy in the system as a whole.   Things have settled down quite a bit since then.

And I ain’t gonna worry a single grey hair over it.   The only reason I am even bringing it up was my mind refused to let it go, much like a pitbull on a porterhouse steak.   It tasted something nummy to chew on and went to town. 

  And you shouldn’t worry about it either,  Chances are, this event(the pole flip) is a century or more in the future.   AND, even it happens in the next 10 years, There ain’t a damned thing you or anyone else can do to stop it.    IF you have been a prepper, you are already 30 steps ahead of the rest of the world, and if you aren’t; WHY NOT?!?!  

Biggest thing I can offer,,, Remember the rule of 72 hours.   When the shit hits the fan, you have 72 hours before people completely lose thier collective shit.   If you are in a place where that would lead to ‘really really bad’, (first off, why are you still there NOW?) you have (roughly) a 24 hour window to MOVE IT, and after that, things start to get real murky.  If you miss that window and the 72 drops in your lap; May God have mercy on you and guide you through where angels will fear to tread. (no, not trying to play the DoomPron game on ya.  Just wanting people to think about things. ) (and thats where you want a different BOB in your plans,,, Not the Big Orange Ball, but The Bug OUT Bag.  Just remember this, Refugees are unrealized victims walking,,,   Don’t be that guy is my best advice.)

Give this a watch, take about 7 minutes of your day. (and I preface this with my initial observation of “What sort of SHIT is this one?”)

Now, I can pick apart several arms of his arguments without breaking a sweat: notably, his argument about the Mastodon and using its diet as ‘proof’ of his case.   Not going there in this post (about another 10000 words to make my point and break his.).

What I am curious about is the cycle he points out: the 12000 year cycle, and how it lines up so nicely to Cultural memory around the world (along with some other cultural memories shared on other items, but thats not for this post.)   Most all Cultures of the world mention a “Great Flood” of some sort, the most documented being within the Bible itself and most of us are quite familiar with that story.  

The problem I always had as a kid was ‘If the world flooded, where’d all that water GO?”  (even as a brat, I knew this world was a closed system.)  Well, Floods don’t neccesarily have to cover everything planet wide, just wide enough that the people of that area can’t see anything BUT water for a period of time and blamm0! you have world flood embedded in cultural memory.   40 days and nights would do just about right, and top it off with techtonic shifts (siesmic activity to include remote volcanoes that release tons of ash creating cloud cover and increasing rainfall.) and you have 40 days and 40 nights of DELUGE.    And this could be attributed to THE GODS because people didn’t have our sort of ‘Big Picture’ back then.  (also note this; some are going on and on about this ‘event’ being an extinction level event.  IF that were the case and the 12000 year cycle is ‘close enough’, than no, this is NOT an extinction level event, but it is going to hurt, A LOT,   But there will be survivors and a rebuild.    What I would really like to see is whats under the water currently  in certain places.  Stuff left over from the last event if this is true.)(addendum thought: Its well documented that the ancients watched the stars.  If the continents shifted like that, woudn’t some people somewhere have noted that it seemed like the very heavens had shifted around? (they wouldn’t neccesarily equate the stars movement as them shifting location on the planet.)  Dunno, another weak link in this theory but still solid enough to not dismiss out of hand.)

Here’s the funny part for me: I want to witness this event if the above predictions have any validity. (and I am not saying one way or the other, way above my paygrade and expertise I haven’t claim to.)  I want to witness them because it would ANSWER so many of the daggum questions I keep opening doors on, but never getting anything except deeper down the rabbit hole.   And there are some pretty damned wild theories running amok in the wilds of the internet, I can tell you that much: the alternate history writers haven’t diddly in comparison to some of the hallways I have traveled recently,,,   (read the “the lost book of Enki” if you really want to dive deep in Out There theories based (loosely IMO ) on Symerian tablets and our interpretations of such.)

What I do know.  There are things in this world, that are not readily explained by SCIENCE.  And that is not a stab at Science in anyway…  Its a statement that there just isn’t enough information available to come to a conclusion AT THIS TIME.   Theories are just that, THEORY, and sometimes, the wilder the theory, the closer it gets to the truth.   Don’t bet against them, not yet.   SO, I watch little vids like the above, pick apart the stuff that is obvious to me, store the stuff I can’t pick apart in some file cabinet in the back of the brain, and later, if something else comes along, can add to that file,  combine with other files, or pull the file out and re-file it as “BUNK”.   (the BUNK folder is HUGE!!! but I don’t pitch it because it makes debates much more fun when you can pull out references to cripple the oppositions argument. It also helps when researching the wilder theories when you can reference their points to what you already have in the BUNK folder.  Helps keep your keel level and running true, not diverted by currents, or trendy thinking.)

Another thing I do know: I have personally seen stuff in this world that can only be explained by spiritual intervention.(with the caveat of ‘by our current level of understanding.’)   So I keep an open mind on everything. (except Gore-Bull Warmening,,, And I have my reasons.)   I just wanna know TRUTH, whatever that may be and however ‘out there’ it is.  

My mood has been as gray as the skies today.

Went to lake, and it made me feel even gloomier: thats saying something, probably not a good something,,,

Home now, gonna spend the rest of the day piddlin’ on Buffalo, trying to be productive and improve the mood.  

What’s strange about it; it doesn’t feel ‘internal’, more empathic, like the world is feelin’ the blahs and I’m pickin’ up on it.  Things have been going well for me this week

and maybe thats part of it as well: the “shits goin’ too good, whens the other ball drop?” feeling.

wrapped up the week in the best way, ALONE at the shop, doing my real J.O.B.  FABRICATION,,, making the gates,,  One big tall drive gate, and a square tubed gate that we use for our wood fence.   That last,,  Heavy bastaches, but they will never sag like the old wood framed gates

Did more thinking on the subject matter from this mornings post.   BOB, weakening magnetic shields, reversing earth polarity,,,  especially that last,   Something about it aroused a memory of something from physics and I can not recall what exactly,,, only something about a spinning top and how some types will falter and ‘flip’ over.    Maybe someone can illuminate what I am trying to remember here.  

No matter though, I do recall the effect happens FAST.   If related, what we will see will be upon us with little more warning than what we have already concluded.   It may seem like it takes a lifetime to conclude, but in earth terms, a mere eyeblink.   Even so, I would imagine that it will still be fast in human terms as well.  months, not years or decades.  

but the longer lasting effects,,,  Navigation is going to be a complete disaster, especially for those animals that rely on magnetic grids: birds, fish, etc, for finding reproduction grounds.   Compass navigation for us two legged types is going to be FUBAR for quite awhile until the poles settle down.   And thats making the assumption they stay put and don’t do an instantaneous reversal BACK,,,

And thats assuming the field doesn’t grow so weak during the process, that we aren’t cooked alive by Mama-natures Microwave oven, also known as BOB (Big Orange Ball )   I would imagine that getting kicked back a century in tech is going to be the least of our worries at that stage.   Lord knows there is no way the current populations could be sustained on that level of technology.  

(and this last written as if I will be one of the survivors)   Of all the things I worry about the most in the above: the end of the Information Age.   We have so much available to us at the tip of our fingers (literally) currently and ALL of that could dissappear in the blink of an eye.  How many sites are backed up in analog form, not digital?   Think of the space needed.   I know I have terabytes of memory full of documents, books, recordings, music, videos, interviews, etc etc, and that storage unit is smaller than a soft cover novel.   To replicate that in analog form?  I would need to double my house size just for storage of it, with no room for anything else.   (note: I do have a lot of dead tree editions as well.  Especially those items that are older than me by decades; books on machining and other lost arts, things that will be of benefit when things go teats up.  At least those will still ‘work’ as designed.)

and my selections are such a small part of the information that is readily available to us currently.    That I have spent so much time watching Utoob vids the last couple of weeks, digging into strange topics,,,, All of that will be relegated to odd corners of the world,

or lost completely,,,

Think medieval times where the centers of knowledge were tucked away in far off monestaries, and passing that knowledge along was strictly limited to those with the means, or to become cloistered monks.   The rest of the world lived closer to the bone and pig ignorant.   That sort of world scares me: the guy that believes in his heart of hearts that everyone likes being educated as much as I do.  I know such is NOT the case, but that is the one illusion that holds me the tightest: that others wish to know as strongly as I do.

so much information, relegated to faulty memory, potentially warped by such, and eventually lost to time.    Much like other times long past where we have the relics, but no hard information about them and how they were made: just suppositions, educated guesstimates, and wild ass theories of alien intervention.  (and no real proofs for or against )

yeah, that shit scares me.   Knowing that if things break at that level, that this world as we know it will become some myth 4000 years down the line.  And you know the historians will get it wrong.

So tonight I am chilling out, trying to NOT think about such, enjoying the sounds of a lovely woman that utoob AI thought I should hear (and yes, her eyes decided me to give her a listen.)

Remember that movie “2012”?   How the world was coming to an end, and some people in high places knew it and were making inroads on how to survive it, building a series of “Arks” to carry them over the floods?

Yeah, that.   I always had a problem with that.  See, they were the “EeLeeT, donchaknow, they deserved to live!”.  Only, one HUGE problem,,, Those shits may have had the brain power to rule countries, but they had ZERO practical skills past making money and giving orders.   What a foundation to build the world back on, eh?   Seriously a case of ‘Too many chiefs, not enough indians”: also known as “FAIL!”.

Now to completely honest, I watched the above vid, and thought, “well, what can anyone ACTUALLY DO about it?”.   NOTHING,,, Dig a deep ass hole and hope to survive?   Maybe that is what the EeLeeT of our world have planned, but, just like those asshats in that fictional movie of a great flood, They ain’t thinking past the saving ones own ass: pretty much the same way they currently run the world, eh?   Yeah,,,

The other aspect of watching that vid, and I feel that BCE concurs, is “I’m at peace with this”.   If this shit comes down, it won’t be exclusive to one region, ethnic group, or biased in any way.   Equal Oppurtunity destroyer, all around.    Those that make?   Sucks to be us/them, but hey, suddenly, the idea of merit and competency take the lead horse place again.  Those that can, will do, those that can’t, DIE  (or is that DEI now,,, ;-P  )   Nothing personal, just bizzness, and according to BOB, bizzness is good.
