About a week back, I made mention that I was in need of hard starting MacBook because I had let the battery die.
Note, I was the immediate problem child, by being lazy.
Un-uh! Wasn’t me. Something else the matter here. I haven’t been using Macbook that much, but I have been noting the charge light being on and I have been firing the beast up every other day or so.
Today, no love. Won’t start up at all. Says battery is dead, but won’t show charging, only ‘Full charge’ on charger end. And my old charger is deaddeaddead, so I can’t cross check to see if there is an issue with the current charger.
Power button only pulls up image of dead battery, then off.
Frustrated as heck with this brick on my desk. Only one good thing of late. EVERYTHING has been getting backed up before shut down. Either to a “post” on the blogsite hindscene, or in email posts to myself between gmail accounts, or thumbdrive. NOTHING is getting left on this drive only.
Gonna let the charger run awhile (even though its been showing charged/charging all weekend) and see if a hardstart will kick things. (again)
I do not want to buy another computer. Not with things the way they are right now.
My Tuesday is a Muhnday. sigh
More laters. LLLLL!!!
