Hey! where’d the day go?

Day at J.O.B. back home and lappy in use. And suddenlly the sounds of thunderboomers and realize its well into 7 pm.

Ok,,, Not a one of y’uns commented on my horribly bad Dad joke in the last post. Not one. I can only hope there were a few audible groans and eye-rolls over it. sigh,,, Never said I was a comedian and it shows, eh?

For the record. I am NOT re-writing Wings, but I am doing some revision. Mostly going back through and hitting some of the spacing issues this version of Scrivener is highlighting for me. But the last 2 pages are being cleaned up, added to, and that “Drop you in a nasty ditch after I gut punched you” ending is now readable and a true cliffhanger, without the sudden loss of gravity. Thats pretty much the only changes. Again, NOT AI WRITTEN. All my words, bad grammer and typos that are getting cleaned up and why I have spent the last 5 hours staring into a computer screen.

I would like to say that the revised version will be up and running by second week of August. That’s entirely doable as I’m only revising. Revision does not require a new ISBN number. (less than 1% changes: I think the threshold is 5%) I will definitelly announce the re-launch here. I am going to send an updated blurb to Sarah for her sunday spread of freelance authors. (when its up, not before.)

And I’ve already started the NEW sequel. At minimum, notations of places, timelines and peeps involved. This ones getting complicated already.

and, of course, at some point, I have to do stuff around the house, move more stuff from Da’s, and still be attendant to him and his appointments and such.

I don’t think I am wired for “sedate” living,,,,

Yuppers lil’buddy, it is. Just avoid the Mama-kat in her psycho-states and you’ll get along fine.

I’m steppin’ off tonight. Not idle and thinks are in order. (and that means at some point the booger hooks will be flyin’ over a keyboard again,,, Betcha)
