There are times when things are ‘hitting the fan’, I just sit back and watch,,,,
Don’t react,,, Let it gel for a bit and see what ‘rises to the surface’.
Especially when it comes to Major Governments, Islam in general, and anything that gets a majority of BOTH SIDES all aflutter with emotion.
INTJ, remember that? That’sa ME!!! I have STRONG emotions, that need corraled or things go very wrong with a quickness. I am also adverse to emotional outpourings, both from self and from others. It always feels like being in the target zone of a projectile vomiter,,, That’s not to say I haven’t had such, but ya only need to talk to B about what it takes to get me to spill the dike on emotions I keep.
Things this week went sideways WORLDWIDE, over a very small country in a very bad location. Anyone with any historical reference can tell you that area has been a hotspot of religous turmoil for CENTURIES. Hell, even those without much history, but readers of the bible (which is historical in its own right) can tell you that. And the Jewish ‘community’ as related in the bible: WARRIORS. Many passages of the bible talk about their tactics,,,,
I totally respect the IDF,,, bad asses, pure and simple. They have to be since they are in a region where a missile can drop into your barracks on a moments notice. That the teachers in Israeli schools are ARMED, every day, 24/7/365, and usually former IDF, says loads about the territory they occupy.

BUT, I have no love for their government. Hell, I have no love for ANY government, but y’all know that already. Anarchist by soul/spirit, grudging compliance as need be. I hate the term ‘go along to get along’, but in this world, that is a survival trait.
And I am not going to detail in any ‘incriminating way’ how I am NOT complying,,, just know there are areas where I am very ‘outlaw’.
Think about it this way. If not for Governments, would we be concerned about ANY of the headlines we have seen over the past 72 hours?
Would we have even SEEN those headlines? More likely the headlines we would have seen would be about breakthroughs or the local fishing spots or Aunt Bee’s apple strudle recipe. People (loosely applied across vast regions) are more concerned with just getting by, enjoying being alive if they can, and all that shit can go to hell in a handbasket so long as it doesn’t intrude on Jr’s Football game.
Now, as for the Islamic factions,,,, I don’t think we would be seeing all the mess we are if it weren’t for INTERVENTION by Major Governments. (post Ottoman empire that is) Before the Big Oil thing, and pegging Oil to the Dollar, those factions were still duking it out in the sands and not making a mess of the world. Yes, there were islamic countries (Istanbul, not Constantinople ring a bell?) Turkey is Islamic. I don’t recall Turkey being a TERRORIST HIVE though. Maybe there are some training grounds there, but ,,,,, to heck with it, there have been training grounds discovered HERE in the US,,, We know they are everywhere,,,,
Honestly, the last thing I want to see is a rebirth of the Crusades,,, And that is what I feel all the hype the last couple IS trying to foment. If things headed that route, TehKarnage would make all the other Crusades pale in comparison. The communications angle would make “TehKarnage” world-wide, seeing how many ‘troops’ have been smuggled in under the wire in every CAUCASIAN based western country,,,, Paris would burn, Brussels would burn, And there would be (are!) enclaves scattered about CONUS that would become defacto Islamic territory.
I have no love of Islam. I had more than a iittle exposure to it during Desert Storm, in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. I got to see first hand the hypocrisy of its people, some of the perversions they accept as ‘normal’, the ruthless nature of its laws, and the backstabbing of its financial aspects. I studied it enough to know its not a Religion, though it uses the trappings of one. Its an ideology that mirrors BIG GOV with top down control. And I see the way the EneMedia portrays it, and know who’s lying.
as one person put it. Christianity says “Choose”, Islam says “Submit”. Those two are not compatible with each other and as long as they are within reach of each other, there will be trouble.
But I don’t want a Holy War,,, Only that ‘choice’ may not be OURS to make. It only takes one Mullah to declare it WIDESCALE and then the gloves come off.
And the one thing that I think holding the western world from declaring Holy War is a corrupt Pope,,, I could be wrong,,, But everything I have read about the current papacy stinks of “Ick” I am not Catholic,, Hell, I am not even Christian if all be told. I have Christian ethics instilled in me, but that doesn’t make me Christian,,, Like having German work ethics doesn’t make me German.
But thats not to say I don’t believe in something bigger than us,,, I have my beliefs, and those that have spent time around a fire and over glasses of bourbon are aware of them. I just don’t preach about it.
Read the headlines,,, Observe the reactions, but look behind the curtains to see the trick hand in action: there is ALWAYS something bigger taking place when the herd of sheep loses its collective mind about something. Covidiocy was proof enough of that, and now that our ‘leadershits’ are voicing the quiet part out loud (Killary talking about deprogramming deplorables); We need to be even more diligent in keeping our heads, and not walking off the cliff of popular opinion.
