Apologlies and condolances to the Fams of the lost, but they are in Davey Jones’ locker now: their fates are known,

Can the same be said of the living in the world at large? Do we know where this current contraption of Grift and Graft is taking us? I say NO, but then, I am just on lone blogger in very large sea of bloggers and barely a drip of the readership of bigger fish than I.

Still saying that we need to pull our shit closer to home (wherever you call home) and defend our ways of life where we stand: being distracted by the latest whatever divides the attention and allows the left hand to feed the machine a little more to erode what we defend.

What does a sunk sub with 5 lost have to do with the world you inhabit RIGHT NOW? Not much IMO.

    Distraction, indeed! Condolences fer those that lost someone on that sub!! RIP’s fer those new arrivals in Davey Jones Locker as well!!!

    In the meantime, y’all keep yer powder dry, eyes & ears open. Locked & loaded *might* not be a bad idea, either – fer some folk, anyway. Better thataway and not needed than the other way ’round. Then again, alla that might just be the (slightly paranoid🙃) Olde Phartt in me comin’ out – I hope that’s what it is, anyway.

    On the part of lowly workers and elite billionaires. Believing they are immune to the consequences of ignorance .

    Do we know where the this shitshow is taking us? I don’t.

    I have accepted that we are a failed state, by nearly every permutation of the definitions that apply. Now we we figure out how to finish riding this descent. I haven’t figured that out yet, as I don’t know the what/when/how etc as we draw in closer to the bottom.

    I have learned a lot though. This whole simulation of our Democratic Republic didn’t last much past the war of northern aggression. We have been and are an imperialist entity. The corruption and manipulation go far beyond my comprehension, but I can see a lot of it now. If voting mattered they wouldn’t let us do it. Our government hates many of us. The globalist cabal hates even more of us. The list of things learned (realizations) grows daily.

    Tuck in wherever home is, with you and yourn, and be as prepared as you can. In the past year we have had a couple of 3-4 day runs without a well pump. Last time taught us we needed to up our game, the most recent (couple of weeks ago), was no biggie.

    For the first time in well over a decade, we have a miserable garden. Usually put up several hundred jars of home grown food a year. Will have to hit roadside stands and farmer’s markets so as not to consume too deeply in the present supply. All it takes is one bad year, game changer.

    Torrential rains after we left the compound a few days ago resulted in the creek flooding to violent degree over the little bridge to our place by the time we came home at dark, not passable. Did not have the key to adjoining property gate in the truck with us that could have given us an alternate (though still a little sketchy) way back in. Did not have boots on to tromp long distance through the woods at dark in the rain. Animals sitting here waiting on us. That is all on me. Have gotten slack. Remedies in the works.

    I am at a weird point of just being tired of hearing about all of it sometimes. The manufactured drama from every direction. I do feel compelled however to keep up with things and not bury my head in the sand. So, I keep reading, digesting, and learning/awakening.

    I think I am a little crunchy around the edges, it’ll pass. Need to keep doing the things, live in gratitude for the position I am in, and soak in the good stuff while it is here.

    Thought about you Dio last week. Went to planned release at a sizable damn here. The power of cascading and released water was awe inspiring. Then my brain drifted watching little whitecaps and 2 foot swells where swells and whitecaps should never be seen, and wondered if you might enjoy riding that current for shits and giggles. Yeah, my brain goes weird places. Looked like it would be fun ride that creature downstream a few miles…but what do I know from kayaking (besides what I read here).
