Another not Freeday friday,,,,

but I sure as heck can’t complain,,,  The checks are looking nicer lately and with al the fun and games of the last month of sundays, I can use all I can get,,,

Reached out to Mike in FLA, hadn’t heard from in a bit.  Good news, he ain’t ded yet, and life is doing him the way its been doing the rest of us.   simple shit that builds up and takes all our time.   ‘

I gots lots of that right now.   between two automotive lumps, one ded the other in Physical Rehabilitation, two kayaks, that keep whispering to each other that if they don’t see water this weekend, the next time they do, which ever one is ‘it’ gets to douse my brainium in the drink,,,

A little sad news on my shop kittehs,,,  Little Pale has been missing since monday evening.   Last I saw him, his daddy was treating him with badness,,   He’s at that stage in maturity that his daddy sees him as competition and was doing his dangedest to drive him off ‘his territory’, and so far, looks like Big Pale was successful.   Haven’t seen him as a grease smear on the highway, so there is that going for him, but he hasn’t been in to eat in three days,,,  I’m keeping a weather eye out for my little buzzy buddy.   Feral kats have hard lives, and I was trying to find lil Pale a forever home since he was such a lovey kat,,  maybe too late now.  (and no, I considered bringing him home, but with two Toms and Grumpy-MamaKat,,,,   don’t think that would fly too well either.)

I’m hoping this isn’t his RIP post,,,

And I need another kat like I need a hole in me head,,,, Don’t wanna be “that krazy kat guy” in additon to kayakkrazeedood (heard that is one of the local descriptions of me,,,  ROFL)

Summer solstice is just around the corner,,,,B and I were wanting to make that a traditional long river run but I don’t think its happening this year.   Maybe, dunno yet, heres hopin’,,,   want to get some good paddle time in with my brudder by anudder muther,,,    Been far and few between this year,,, (we would do the run on the weekend of, not the day of since we both are actual contributors to society and have day jobs that frown on procrasitkayaking,,,)
