and another goal *started*

and that goal should have been obvious to any that read the scribbled mess I put here.

KAYAKING, as much and as often as possible  

So, a damned good start to my year, and I should be able to keep it going, seeing how I only take a kayak off Buffalo to swap them out, or to put on water.

In fact, that also starts conversations in some of the strangest of ways.    On my way home, stopped to top off Buffalo and while pumping, some guy ‘passing through’ stopped and we talked kayaks for about 15 minutes.   He’s from GA, Bufford, if I recall correctly, and he was shocked to see a full blown Seakayak in this area.  (we are a rare breed here, for certain.) 

and to keep the ball rolling, got home, swept and mopped cuz 4 four-feets drag A LOT of crap in with them and that whole wiping the paws thing just eludes them.   Pissed off Voo because the smell of pinesol is not his favorite and I mopped his favorite lazy spot TWICE,,,,  He’ll get over it.

Neighbor has offered housekeeping services to me, but I am not a rich man, (just better off than they,,,  BUT, I bust my ass to stay there even when things are tight/pinched. )   Sorry hun, gonna keep my cash in my pocket for awhile longer yet.   As much as I would like to help them out, there is something about them that also tells me ‘use caution’ and I wouldn’t feel comfortable with her cleaning the house only to find ‘she cleaned me out’,,,  I would feel compelled to be there when she does and well, if thats the case, I just do the danged cleaning me own self.  

A good start, but it’s only day one,,,   Gotta keep the good rolling forward, and keep the positive in the foreground.   Make it a habit (fake it till you make it, sorta thing) and stop letting the local shit-attitudes bring me down.
