"Believe Nothing: no matter who said it, even if I have said it, except it agree with your own reason and common sense. Siddhartha Guatamo, the Buddha.
Kinda vague here, not sure if you mean the metalworking equipment or kayaking equipment, but if you mean the former as in take your tools and strike out on your own, to be your own boss? Then I say not just yes, but HELL YES!! I’ve been trying with the idea myself, been working a side hustle the last two years hoping to make it into a “full time” gig. We got the kid thru college and now she’s out on her own, which was one of the major pressures to stay tied to a steady paycheck. If you have the opportunity TAKE IT! You can always go back to an employer if things don’t pan out. Just don’t burn any bridges as you walk away!
Yes, i was yalking about the metal stuff. I’ve looked into making kayaks and the market is just far to eclectic and unusually chock full of do-it-yourselfers.
Metal though,,,,
Now how to NOT burn the bridge,,,,
