Is that shop, house or combo? Having done this couple times last few years, you just about got the hardest part done….damn foundation is ass kicker for sure. Looking good, finally finishing off brothers house after recouping nearly a year from falling off it. Sure Voodoo and Jack have thoroughly inspected each detail,lol…dunno what’s up with Rufus this morning, he running around like a pup aggravating Buddy this morning, usually just opposite, which I felt as spry as he seems this morning, lol.
This is house. Once thats up, I start on shop which will go faster as it pretty straight forward (poured slab). Gotsta have somewhere to live to keep the dad off my case, so house first

Yeah. Should be framed rooffed and sided by time weather starts getting rough. Won’t be living in it at first unless I can get insulation began before the temps plummit. Money flow is the deciding factor obviously. No loans, straight paycheck to paycheck, but the real grunt work is done and now it becomes a matter of details.
