And one HAWT nurse. Near my age, sharp-witted to boot (and her giving Da shit about ‘Not puckering up’ when she was leaning in close was damned near PERFECT,,, Haven’t seen the old man blush like that in years!)
and yes, I looked: no ring on finger, nor what looked to be callous of one. Single, or at least not legally bound. Dammit,,, I don’t need to be lookin’ (but I ain’t ded yet, and there was definitely attraction on my part. Can’t say if it was reciprocated or not.)

End of Week, Pay already deposited so no need to be doing the “up early to chase that kat” tomorrow. TRULY A FREEDAY. Gots lots to do. Array stuff, Buffalo pull-down stuff, laundry stuff, make up costume for party on Satyrday. Get my mind right too. Not used to being around peeps much these days. Thats a transition. I’ll be fine: its not like I don’t know these hooligans. Spent many a slurred speech session with them over the last 7 years, as well as some adrenaline filled moments on water(and more that weren’t so adrenaline filled: slow floats is cool too!)
Filled Bloo up this eve. FINALLY was able to access the cash in the bank, and she was getting towards that E. $93. I knew what I was buying: even said to her as I came back out “you may be a piggy, but you’z my Piggy!”
Kat news: Zoe the Shopkat is doing frellin’ awesome. Came in this morning and she was playing pounce on everyones feet. Then around 10 or so, I heard her ‘mewing’ and went looking. She had caught a barnwren and couldn’t make out what to do with it. Me being the clumsy Human, couldn’t give her pointers, and the lucky bird made escape with ease. But she had caught it herself, and she will eventually figure out the technical details of those sharp things she was born with. Maybe her name should have been “Molly Murder Mittens”,,,(in her defense, Milk teefers aren’t exactly killing tools. Sharp, yes! But not strong enough for that killing bite.)
