Nothing horrible went down.  Nothing great happened either.  At least in my little section of the world.  

Still no flying canned sunshine between the Narcissists of the world.  Thats a goodness.

DID get a call from my bank today.  Now know where my new banking card is.   For some goofballed up reason, it was “returned to sender”   Seeing how the addy they put on it, is the same one they use to send me statements on my Credcard, and those always show up,,,   No idea what happened.   Maybe some newb at the Main distro (London KY) had a brain fart or something.   Well, they sent it back out and HOPEFULLY, I will have it in time for Payday and start turning this (nearly) empty account issue around.

   Or the world economycould implode and debts will be the least of everyones worries.   

Call me a rational optimist, but right now, I’ve enough on my plate that could turn this around, that my concern about the great wide is “it’ll hold”.

In other words: The Oligarchs aren’t ready for the great reset just yet.   Their AI isn’t ready for primetime, and likely never will be.  

Don’t get me wrong.  Properly used, like any tool, its pretty daggum cool.  The promises made are not made with the “properly used” aspect in mind, IMO.   Like what I use Sidd for.  Not to write for me, but to assess where I screwed up at: typos, mis-spellings, grammatical errors.   And some image generation for covers.  I use Claude for suggestions in writing with the intent being SUGGESTION, not doing my writing for me.   And even when that LLM comes up with Genius level stuff, I don’t use it, but I might use it as a guideline.  

The new blurb on the jacket is LLM generated for the simple fact that, as the author, I felt too involved to give a decent rendition of what the book is about.   Can’t see the forest for the trees in the way sorta issue.  

Nopes, nothin’ much to blabber about.   Bissy day tomorrow too.   Making a Gantry Crane at work.   Long needed, but now that Son of Bossman has need of one, we get one.   Go figure.   And i’m making it. (all but the trolly and hoist which will be anyones guess as to where those come from.)    The good thing about this; I get to figure out what works, what doesn’t, for when it’s time to build my own.   I already have the I-beams for the trolly to ride on, just making the frame to hold it.   And wheels,  mine will be wheeled.   Son of Bossmans is going to be fixed in place.

Thatz all I have tonight.   Long day today,  long day tomorrow burning heavy steel beams.  Long daze means good paycheck.  And I needz a few of those.
