Seventy-two,,,

72 hours,,, its a general rule of thumb for preppers, and one I need to get with again.   Let it lay for 72 hours, see what happens.  

The original form was that when SHTF, it would take 72 hours for the realization to hit the masses, at which point every little wanna be warlord would come out of the woodwork and the rest would become the Golden Horde,,,   Well, I think we are long past that scenario, with the growth of EBT and all the other gibme’s our socialist republic has created to keep the debt/wealth lie afloat.

Yeah,,, feeling a smidge jaded this morning.   Funny that, as I spent quite a bit of time in study last night: I should be flowing the opposite direction,,,, (action reaction thing,,,, oops)

As I stated last night,,, we have no idea where these currents are gonna flow.  Even those talking head/experts (HAck SPIT!) are merely making proposals on dream states they HOPE to happen, no basis in reality.(or very little,,,)   That goes for the DoomSayers as well.   Me thinks that the actual current lay somewhere in the middle of the two POV’s

Yah, if there were any argument for getting rich and richer, its that ‘You’ll get fucked if ya ain’t’ part.

I ain’t rich, not in the socially acceptable scales.   Hell, by those scales, I live BELOW poverty level,   PERCEPTION IS EVERYTHING, but funny thing that, I don’t feel poor, and have stated many times, “My wealth is in me head” and thats a wealth that can’t be stolen from me without destroying the container.(and the thief will be mighty disappointed with the lack of gain).  I live comfortable, my means are fleeting for certain, but my ends are well established so even a longer term short won’t leave me desperate.  THAT is the goal to prepping, and that is a wealth as well.  Seriously, at this point, the only thing I fear is GOVERNMENT, and that is a big enough fear for anyone to face.   (I dislike illness, but shit happens.  I don’t fear death and haven’t for a long time.  And unemployment is ‘just a thing’ like a speedbump in a trailer park.)  I will say, if there is ever a case of someone wanting the property my little hovel is situated on, I’ll take the geld and run. I’ll use the case as a chance to ’empty the cup’ once again, offload the extraneous that just clutters me and GETGONE.   I can find another place, and maybe a better one.(not hard really, this area kinda sus,,,)  and I learned quite a lot from this run: how to do things right, and how to do things BETTER.   Like make the house at least 90% underground.  The Navajo had that much right and I should have kept that in mind when I built,,,

Its Sonday, the Leader of the Free World may have tripped over his dick last night (as one commentor over at BCE’s place illudicated so frelling well,,, go read Ragin D’s comments,,, beautiful poetry, IMO.)  and I am giving it 72 hours to see what happens, what fallout begins, or what the BRICS reaction to all of this will be.    First things first, I am going to go fill all of my fuel tanks to max, because I do believe that fuel costs are set to go through the roof here shortly.

I may put up more later, will see what the brainium comes up with, what outside inputs stir the pot and create new connections and slurries.   Gonna be an interesting ride for a few weeks/months, pray it ain’t years.
