T’was a long day

and leave it well enough alone at that.    Too many monkey’s, not enough ME to keep it all inline, and that made for said long day.

Tired, a little beat up (by Elbee!!!)   Spunkmonkey was full of piss’n’vinegar when I came in and I have some new holes in my carcass, Some blood loss too.     Little shit has NEEDLES on three of his armed points,, Can’t wait for those milkteeth to give way.   Adult teeth are sharp, but not like those needle points he currently sports.

Anywhoos,,, good day for FRN’s, but still gonna be a shitty week for such.  Started it down by 8 due to ‘Rain-out Freeday’,,, plus we have a shortened week for holiday festivus,,,   At least there will be plenty of food and my grocery list will be leaner,,,

and I can give Thanks that (so far) we haven’t been pummeled back into the stone ages, or MadMax territory,,,    Lord knows that’s on the menu with current events.  

y’all take care of yourselves out there, I’m gonna call it an early night, and maybe with ‘lights out’, Elbee will settle down and leave his meat hooked murdermittens OUT of my skin  (Zoomers needs to stick around a bit more often and keep his adopted sibling occupied,,,)

    i can emphasize with the tired and sore thing. Currently doing some woodcrafting in the project camper. Making new window screen frames. Laminating eighth inch thick , cross cuts of Trusjoist microlam plywood. Imagine a tooth pick four feet long , glued ,side by side ,all long grain with no cross grain in betwixt like normal plywood. Makes for really beautiful grain structure. Not to mention incredibly strong. Aye, too much time bent over today setting and adjusting a hundred clamps.

    Gotta keep the mind off the external world…

    Mornin, Bro Dio. Hope yer healed up a bit from the ‘punctuation’ of yesterday! I’m VERY grateful that Colt has outgrown those baby toofers!! His were like needles, too, so I can dig it.

    Anywhoos, I’m glad as well, that – so far – things are staying somewhat together. I’ve no interest in being in Mad Max territory, either.

    As to the groceries – tomorrow (Wed) is my big day. Grandsons ex brought the 2 Great Grandsons over for Thanksgiving. Got in yesterday, and will be leaving sometime tomorrow after the feeding is over. Since I knew they were coming, I splurged a bit. 14# buzzard, green beans, homemade taters, dressing, dinner rolls, and a red and a white wine. Big Daddy is a-gonna be a tired Olde Pharrtt tomorrow evening (but I’m lovin’ it)!🍻🥂🙃

    Hopefully, yer carcass doesn’t get punctuated any more – at least until the current set is healed up!😉
