Can anyone tell me, does it LOOK like that little guy identified as Racoon? He was raised by humans as a human baby, hr would never have been able to rehabilitate to ‘wild’, and if he hadn’t shown any signs of rabies: he was never going to.

Yer correct regarding Francis. I’ve read that one, and it’s right on the $$. “Because they could” is the ONLY dam reason, it had nothing to do with rabies!
