    There is some suspicion that Putin would have popped a nuke by now, if any of the old USSR’s still worked. Gee, complicated gadgets need maintenance? Skilled maintenance?

    I do find it disquieting that we might be/have been spared a nuclear war by… simple laziness and incompetence.

      and that is a peice of info that is VERY closely gaurded. no wanting some of the younger nuclear powers aware that we wouldn’t be able to hit back,,,, Just sayin’
