Progress I can stand behind

Three Pee-Em ish

4:17pm,,,, Exhaust manifold bolts are hosed down with Free-all rust buster and I will begin the truly fun part of getting those manifolds loosened up tomorrow. AND, they MUST come off or the heads are permanent features to that engine. Head bolts are located under the manifold.

But I still have three full days ahead and this is a jump ahead for me.

And I am worried about it.

I ain’t bled yet,,,, Busted a knuck, but no blood,,,, didn’t even break the skin,,,, things are going TOO SMOOTHLY,,,,

    “Busted a knuck, but no blood”. Long as it ain’t leakin red, no problem. Good progress, too. Kinda curious to see how bad those gaskets look; plus the piston tops, & cyl walls, too. Ex manifold bolts are always fun – not!

      I have had a vehicle that demanded blood sacrifice or what ever you were attempting to fix would not BE fixed,,,, (she was an Italian, so there is that) Ever since then, I get nervous about repairs if I don’t bleed a little,,,,
