up early, dunno why, just is,,,   Kittums didn’t wake me, quite the opposite and he’s the grump right now,,,LOL

Dio Doesn’t Do Gyms,,,,,   Never have had much drive to toss metal around; do enough of it in my day to day,,, The only wieghts I have are two 10# dumbells and a 25# plate.   The dumbells for ‘hard to reach’ exercises, and that plate was intended to become the flywheel on a steam engine I had in mind (and may yet, depending on how the world unfolds.)

Take this young lady as an example of how “Dio Do the ‘keep in shape’ things”

All three of those moves are excellent for kayakers.   Paddling uses the core, and if you aren’t, you aren’t getting nearly as far as those near you that are.  Ya might be faster, for about five minutes, but they are gonna smoke you before lunch.

Fifteen miles,,, and yes, I AM feeling it, but in a good way,, not achy or pained.  Hell, even my bum shoulder feels damned good today; like all the muscles attached to that point are in a happy working condition and not pulling each other out of whack.    Where I am really feeling it is in the Abs,,, those feel strung tight today, even while sitting,,,,  (Slowly, but surely, I am losing that spare tire I acquired,,,)

That can’t be a bad thing IMO

Domestics day, getting the coffee on and pulling my shit together so that when Mama-Sol shows her lovely countenance, I am ready to get movin’.
