Two rants, two days,

NOTHING in comments.

Guess I jumped a shark or sumpin.

S’a’ight, I get it. But I stand by my words. Meant what I said,

maybe it just hasn’t hit ‘home’ yet,,,, Maybe some of y’all are still in shock that the REAL war has been upon us for 15 years, and escalating the entire time, but NOW, its starting to get pretty damned obvious, even to the dead blind guy that has “loyally” voted demonCrap since 1865.

I’m done on my soapbox this week, I promise, pinky swear and all that other stuff,,,

Finished building Monster Gate #2 today. Not installed yet, but it is stood up and tethered to the fence it will be installed at, BEAST,,,, That’s the only word that comes to mind when I see it or we are trying to move it around. Eight of us on the daggum thing and all we can do is stand it up or lay it down. There is NO moving it unless we all get on one side and slide it: and that ain’t gonna fly when its time to put it on its rollers. Son of Bossman and I have discussed it and he said “Let me think on it”. So I am. My choices would be to get a crane for the day and call it good, but then, I am not the one in charge of the purse there.

At least it is THERE and not mucking up my shop or the parking lot anymore. Let it muck up the site for a spell until I am doing the install of the motors and controllers.

And word amongst the other Emps,,, “Don’t want Dio’s job, hell to the NO!” Can’t say’s as I blame ’em either,,, there are day where I DON’T want my job. LOL. LIke hanging 13 feet in the air with a leg around a pole that I was adding a one foot extension to, because, OH, someone forgot to tell The Ol’Man that that pole (and one other) were to get barbed wire and Razor wire. When you are hanging in the air, and spat gets in sensitive places, you have a choice: Fall screaming, or grit your teeth and smell the bacon fry. Sucks only begins to describe it.

Is what it is. don’t sweat the petty shit, and this is PETTY,,, just another day at Dio’s ‘office’. At least I haven’t had a hand in pulling that 12′ 9ga wire fencing up: for all 1000′ feet of the fence line.

I only hope the bid for the job accounted for all the headaches,,,, Cuz this’uns a doozy of a brainium pain.

Anywhooos,,,, I am home now, the job behind me for today, back at it tomorrow and only Dawg knows whats in store for me then. Kittums has been fed, the Voo has been fed and is starting the “gotta go poo Dad” whine, so I need to take care of that,,,,

And I think, tonight, I shut the phone off for a spell, fire up the Mac, and watch a movie from my hard drive. Toast the world that may be toasty soon, and call it a good night.
