pretty stinkin’ sad,,,,

that I have a trail camera set up in a tree watching the entire front and ‘obscure’ side of my house (all entrances and  other possible ingress points)

5 days of battery life, 32 gb card and on motion dectection with IR illumiinator (and no tell-tale red lights when active)  

Da bought this thing to watch around his place when we thought we had a bear roaming the ‘hood (we did, I caught it raiding the corn patch) but the thing is top notch, disappears on a tree, and never sleeps (while the batteries are good) .  

And thats a goodness thing when your nearest neighbor has proven  to be a theif and liar.

And I am loaded up for the weekend: Lyssa on board, paddle gear in cab, paddles (why do I need FOUR,,,,   depends on my whims,,,) (actually, it depends on conditions,,, one is strictly for white water use,,, the other three are all greenlands, and those are very ‘whimisical’ in use, even though they all have different characters,,,)

I need to get away for a bit, too much paranoia floating around the past week since I discovered I had been robbed.  May not have been much, but the point is the same: someone came in univited while I was gone and took what was NOT theirs,,,    Then when confronted about it, lied through thier teeth (what she still has,,,which ain’t much) to my face,,,   Trust? whuzzat?  Blown like a 2000# bomb through the deck of an aircraft carrier.  

and you are all sick to the gills of hearing about it, I am certain.  

I’ll be posting as I can over the weekend, and yah, prolly about kayak-y stuff,,, Or just general Grrs and Grunts from an inebriated Dio,,,  Might even be entertaining,,,   Dunno what all is in store for me, though B did say, ‘don’t bother getting a shower on your way here, gots stuff to set up for Garage sale, get a shower afterwards”, so, it looks like I’m conscripted labor at first ;-P   Will work for beer!!!!
