22 Dem states have filed Amicus Curie (sp?) Briefs against the lawsuit.

This is building to a fight, fast!!!!

Addendum: seeing “balance”, I’m gonna lay money that SCOTUS punts this into the legislators laps.

Ayup, though China would have one hell of a beachhead in Kommifornia. That is the real downside to a breakup of CONUS. Otherwise, I’m all for a divorce
