First off, I’m worried.  Pessimist I am, always have been, probably always will be.  I try for optimism, but more often, my pessimist side gets justified.

Why am I worried?   Its been one week since the news broke that “Trumped won!!!” and what I am seeing is a shit load of a complacency building.   People feel like “they got this, we can relax now”

NO, no you can’t.    This war is not over by a long shot.   Ya want proof? Go give QueMalas concession speech a re-listen.   Or, if you didn’t listen the first time (and I can understand your hesitency to do so)  go give it a listen NOW.     That was no concession speech, that was a call to arms of those that are still in that mindset.  And if the numbers are correct, there are 67 million of them.   Thats no drop in the bucket if you consider them an ingredient in the “Trouble” recipe. 

We don’t have this.   And I don’t expect Trumped to be able to pull of 1/4 of his promises.   IF he is able to get that 1/4, its a huge step forward, but its not the end of the road and there are four years between now and the next Selection cycle for Bathwater Barry and crew to regroup.    Do not expect the next run of Demoncrap wins to be as sedated as “Biden-nomics”…   

And there are still legacy drippings from before Bathwater Barry.   The REAL ID Act horseshit is coming to harvest in May,,,    That shit is carry over from the SHRUB,,,   No Real ID, no plane flights for you, can’t go to the military base for ANYTHING, and certain Federal Buildings are off limits to you.   IT literally creates a second class citizen out of a large portion of the US, and if you think those restrictions are the last of that line,,,,

If so, you really need to go back to history classes for a refresher.    Remember, Income tax is “voluntary” and won’t grow past 3%,,,,   

My perception has always been “If it has government in the mix, corruption and abuse are right behind and coming up fast.”    That thinking is why I have qualms with Trumped wanting to cap Credit card debt at 10% while we still have this thing called the Federal Reserve in existence.   

While I am seeing some good people put in place to do some serious turn around in high places, I have also seen some that made me do a double take (called, RESEARCH THAT ASSHAT,,,)

The real problem is TRUMPED.   Its not that he is a tyrant wannabe, its that he is gullible when it comes to people and expects that everyone else is just as patriotic as himself.   Its what got him in dire straights the first time around as he surrounded himself with bad actors/deepstate stooges who only wanted to stymie any advances he was making.  

And yes, he made some bad decisions as well that had nothing to do with personell: Bumpstock ban for one.   Operation Warp Speed as another.    Even with that last, he did try to keep the Fed Gov out the mix by letting the States decide on the lockdown things: As IT SHOULD BE.     And I do know part of his decision was based on what he was being told by ‘experts’ under him.    That those experts are now richer for all the graft and corruption that took place with the lockdowns wasn’t because of Trumpeds decision alone, but because they were fuckin’ lying to the boss, KNOWING that they were gonna skim the system for all they could get.    Seriously, the whole thing needs investigated with a flea comb and any that showed profit from the deaths and the tyrannical efforts to shutter a country, Need to be prosecuted for crimes against humanity and any other law on the books that were broken.    Prosecute and let the chips fall as they may.   AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW WHO THEY ARE,,,,    I am betting that the court of public opinion will be MUCH harsher than the Federal courts system is currently.

One good thing I am seeing is the happenings over at CNN.    Personally, I wouldn’t mind hearing Musk bought the whole thing for $.15 on the Dollar.   If he could turn it around like he turned around Twitter,,,,,   (and I have some ideas of how that turnaround would look, but I ain’t Musk ,,,,   )

Another good thing I saw was that Mitch McTurtleboy is retiring.    THAT is bring about a HUGE sigh of relief here in the KY.    I have seen “Ditch Mitch” stickers the entire 16 years I have lived here, and yet, he still sits in DC,,,   Him, Peelouzy, Screw-em-mer, some others,,, they all need to take the hint and get while the getting is good.  ALL OF THEM.    ,,,,,,

One other thing I HAVEN’T heard from Team Trump,,,,  This one is leaving me a bit peeved.    What the F! are they gonna do with the Epstein Lists?     I, personally, want those names made public knowledge and let the people decide how to handle them.    BUT, nary a peep from Team Trumped on that little tidbit just stewing in FBI custody.   Like Hunters Laptop, stewing, hidden away,,,,    Let all the information hit the public information highways and I think the Swamp will self-jettison to calmer climes.

this shit ain’t over, its the end of the beginning, and now its time for the next chapter, but we have to hold Trumped and his crews’ feet to the fire.   Make them stick to the plan, and if someone is slacking, make sure that person is held to task or removed/replaced.    That includes Trumped himself. 

(personally, If I were in Trumps shoes, I would have a stack of pinkslips that would need a pallet to move, ready to hand out on Jan 21st.   Fire the whole damned lot of ’em and figure it out along the way.    FBI, CIA, BATFE, IRS, DoE EPA CDC,,,,,,,,   All of ’em.    I know that ain’t gonna happen that way, and I do know it would get stonewalled fast, but the effort would feel so GRAND,,,,

But there are a couple off points about things Trumped is up to that have me feeling a bit queasy,,,

The biggest one is his “Tarrifs” plan.    History shows time and again, Tarrifs do not work.   Much like Communism does not work.   Fact: Tarrifs were a big part of why the first CW happened.   Look to the tarrifs levied against the Cotton markets (and who really produced the most cotton,,,,) and you will see one aspect of Tarrifs in action.  

The other side of tarrifs is much like taxes: the seller doesn’t actually pay the bill.   The buyer does.   So more tarrifs means higher prices and that means those that are already hurting from Biden-nomics are going to feel a further pinch.   

Free markets are the way to go.  You wanna get more revenue AND eliminate the Income Tax (which I am all for!!!) then make a flat rate sales tax, or if you can’t get rid of the income tax thing, make it a flat percentage across the board, and eliminate the regulatory morass off bullshit they call ‘The Tax Code’.   No filing needed at the end of the year, no loopholes, no special status filing, no credit system or ‘refunds’; just a simple deduction and nuff said.   The savings by eliminating an entire agency that has a lower respect rating than a used car salesman would more than make up for any loss of revenue.

ON that note, look at what the BRICS are doing,,,, That may not be true free market, but it sure as hell beats the pants off what we have in mind.    LET THE MARKETS DECIDE, while protecting our interests here at home.  You want to bring manufacturing back, DUMP THE REGULATORY BULLSHIT AND THE ONEROUS TAXES and the manufacturuing will return.   Being a businessman, I would expect Trumped to understand this.   I am certain Elon does,  

Remember the rule of thumb.  You want more of something, you subsidize it, if you want less, TAX IT.    Subsidies can be removing restrictions, just as much as pouring money into things.

Something else that I caught.   Capping Interest rates on Credit cards.    Oh fuck, did that tweak a nerve for me.     That echoes right alongside Que-malas “Price Controls” Marxist pile of dog-doo.    Yeah, people are hurting.  Yeah, many credit companies are charging ursurous rates.   

THATS NOT THE PROBLEM. (well, the ursury is, but no one held a gun to your head to accept that rate; it was a choice if you wanted that credit option.   I know, because I have two cards that have a nearly 30%rate on them, and I have excellent credit.   I took them because I was building that credit rating: it was a ‘bite the bullet to accelerate the process’ choice.   I try like hell to not carry a balance on them.     But I digresss,,,,) Nope, The real problem is deeper than that.   Mostly lack of education in finances: Too many have no real understanding what “money” is, and ISN’T.    Second off, many take those cards with ungodly interest rates because they live beyond their means.   This is the big killer IMO.   Live beyond your means and unlike the FedGov that can borrow at whim, EVENTUALLY you are gonna have to pay it back, and those interest rates stack up FAST.    Francis has some good points on Government Borrowing (and follow the link for an real educational moment.

There is also a human nature aspect to all the spending.   Many people (and I am guilty on occasion) spend beyond their means ‘to feel better about themselves’: we are a materialistic society, we even have a term for it “keeping up with the Joneses”.  Signs of this are all around: you need only look at the plethora of Rental storage places.   Learning to let go of all the bells and whistles and keeping only the essentials does wonders for keeping you within your means.   When I built my house, I intentionally made it small.   A small house gets cluttered very quickly if you start buying every gizmo and thing-a-ma-jig: it focuses me with “do I REALLY need this?” and often, far more often, the answer is ‘Nope!’  (side note, my weakness is, you guessed it: KAYAKS,,,, (and books)   and my biggest clutter in my house is kayak-y gear and camping gear.   Tools aren’t clutter, they reside in the truck or the shed (except the ones I am using around the house at such and such time. But Kayaks and Camp gear,,,,   yeah, I’m a sucker,,,,)

It’s still early in this four year run, and the Man is doing things in a big way faster than anyone ever expected.   And he hasn’t even sworn in yet.    I only hope his Security is Hopped up and in overdrive. 

BUT,,,,I would like for President Trump to invite a few members from the Mises Institute in for a brief run down on why his policy proposals are gonna backfire and bite him (and US) in the ass.   I think his stance would 180 quite quickly.

Alright, let me start by saying this all started because of a comment by BCE in Private Texts, tonight.

He made comment that the Suicide rates are off the charts since Jan6th and no one is touching this subject with a ten foot pole.  

Well, I did read ONE article talking about how, ” if Trumped wins, the mental health issues of this country are going to be apocalyptic”,,,,

Some people step off the deep end when they step off and thats not a good thing; obviously.   I won’t go into the details of the link, but I can say, a lot, A LOT, of the problem is our STANDARD MEDIA OUTLETS pushing agendas.  

The other side of that coin is our education system.    So many indoctrinated in agenda/ideology, so few learn to think critically.   In fact, in current teaching trends, critical thinking is abhorred and ‘shamed’ into submission.   The Education system as designed and implementation of the Prussian system: the whole idea of this was to create obedient soldiers and workers.   Critical thinking was anethema to that goal.    Our system abandoned Classic education modes and never looked back.

We will pay for that.  We ARE paying for that.    And if what BCE stated, is true, we haven’t even begun to see the tip of that iceberg, nor all that is hidden below the surface (read that as ‘shushed by the MSM’s’ )

No, I have not done any research into it: don’t wanna go down a rabbit hole of that nature.    Worked out my own suicidal nature* many many MANY years back,,, Don’t want to revisit that sort of shit.    And to be honest, what an individual does is their own business, by my outlook.   ITs when the individuals start ‘collecting’ and doing shit that begins to effect MY WORLD, that I start to take issue.   Think of it this way: If you wanna wear a mask in public because you’re afeared of some bugs in the air,,, Have at, your business, and you get to deal with the funny looks.   BUT,,, when you get all your buddies to start making it MANDATORY,,,, Now, we have a problem.   

Hmmmm,,,,, See a timeline coorelation here?    Maybe the problem is Lemming Mentallity, and the fact that this world doesn’t work like that, no matter how many Lemmings there are.

And I do know the Mental health issues are decidedly left aligned.   The right tend to be more stoic and “I’ll deal with it” instead of suppressing things under medication and Circle Jerk therapy sessions.   (I have little love for modern psychiatry,  Though there are some characters out there that have gained my respect: Jordan Peterson as example.)

The right also tends to accept fault, instead of trying to shift the blame elsewhere.   I know I am not perfect or have infinite knowledge, and I won’t try to make you think otherwise.   I see more  on the left having that attitude of “we know better than you” but when it flies in their faces (Trump WON,,, who do we blame now?) they completely lose thier shit and can’t see that THEY are the problem.

Like I tell my boys at the J.O.B.: if’n ya fuck up, OWN IT.    Shit’s gonna suck for a bit, but the respect you gain by owning up to it will balance in the end.  (so long as no one died, right?  )   I’ve seen time and time again since I started paying attention to politics, the left side ALWAYS points the fingers,,, never ever looking at those three fingers pointed back at themselves.

The same aspect is how I apply my managment/supervisory role.   If one of them screws up, I do my damnedest to fix it, have them help me if able, and hold them to task for it.  IF I DON’T CATCH IT, I take the heat, I don’t shift the blame, I take it.   BUT, when I find out, if I don’t already know, who did me dirty, I tend to bring the heat back down on that person, personally.   I don’t pawn it off to the Bosses.

Sounds tyrannical you might say?   Then why am I the favorite crew leader of all the crew (with the exception of one total loser,,,)?    Because I give them responsibility and free rein.   The other crew leaders wont’ let them do jack without micromanaging them into quivering masses off spineless jelly.

Think about how the left can’t maintain a steady state of Ideology.   First it was the Gay marriage thing.   Then it became LGB, and that grew into whatever fucking acronym it is today.    There is NO FOUNDATION because the rule is “whatever cause draws the most attention”, always shifting, and those that can’t keep up ‘aren’t liberal enough’ or something.     

That quicksand under their beleif system (and its more religion than even they want to admit) doesn’t set up a body or stable mental states, let alone a solid foundation to grow from.   

I may not be ‘religious’ in the sense that I don’t claim to be Christian, or Catholic or Baptist or any of the other myriad Gospel based religions there are out there.  BUT I WAS RAISED WITH THOSE FOUNDATIONS, and they are the bulwark with which I face the world on the day to day.   

And yet the left continually debases ANYONE that voices any of those foundations.

They’re nutz.   Pinballs bouncing around the inside of the game, directed by a couple of paddles someone else controls.  

Of course when the ‘plan’ falls apart, the weaker members are going to want to take the easy way out.

So, keep an eye on those near you that aren’t ‘right’, and if need be, intervene.    Suicide is bad enough, but like in that link above, sometimes they step off the deep end in a big way.    This shit is going to get even more Kray-kray as Trumped and the X-men start to unravel the lefty world even more.   I just saw where Trump is going to go after any Agency and Agents that have been involved in the manipulation off Free-speech/Mis,dis,mal-information.  

Seems to me, that the left lost thier shit when X-formerly Twitter became free-speech: many went out and created their own platform to carry on as before.   They can’t handle the truth.    And that is about to get way worse for them.    Try to catch them before they go over that edge, and try to help them see “You’ve been lied to your entire life, and its not your fault”, but that from that day forward, they are gonna have to own it.

And if the numbers from this past selecton are any indicator (and truthful), we have about 67 million of them that are gonna be hurting in the head,,,,,and a lot of them already are.

Happy Birthday to my Brothers and sisters out there.

It’s funny how people perceive things.    I’m  gonna use two instances from my day out on water with Brudda B.

First was getting on water.  Now, the water temps are somewhere around 60 degrees right now.  Might be high 50’s, or somewhere in the low 60’s.   Thats the fudged fact.   I, personally, do not find that to be cold.  COOL, yes, but not cold.   But as soon as B’s feet went in the water to get into our boats, his reaction was “Waters COLD!”,,,,    His perception was not mine, even though we were both feeling the exact same thing.

Second point.  Return trip.  We had the wind (light breeze really) at our backs, and paddling across a section of open water about half mile long (by our route traveled) we both felt like we were paddling in mud.   Didn’t feel like we were getting anywhere.   Later, I looked at the tracks in GPS, and that section had some off our highest speeds.    Perception didn’t match reality, even though both of us were present and accounted for.  

There is a LOT of division in this country right now.  Some say that its nearing explosive levels.   I can’t say they are wrong, but I perceive the explosion is going to come from a different point, but the divisiveness is going to be leveraged by certain ‘powers that wanna be’ and a large portion of General Pop is going to fall for it.    I mentioned in the last post, that Collapse is imminent and was baked into the cake back in 1913.  Only a percentage of the people in this country understand what that statement even means.    If you do, don’t congratulate yourself: it SHOULD be common knowledge, and Those of us ‘in the know’, need to be educating those that aren’t about it.   That such is NOT taught, like the Athens TN back in 1945 thing, many others too numerous to list: that these things are NOT taught to our children, says much about the nature of our education system.

I grew up with 1984, Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, One day in the life of Ivan Donesovich, etc etc etc.     My take on Government tends to be a bit biased (BASED!)

So when I am hearing that someone wants to return the FedGov back to its Constitutional Limits, Hey! I’m all for that.   We aren’t going back in time, but that tyrannical mess in the Swamps off Maryland NEEDS TO.

But to get that done properly, PERCEPTIONS NEED TO BE FIXED.  And the only way to do that is by education or experiance (same coin, just different sides.)   Luckily, I didn’t have to go through the same things my Reading Teacher did to learn about the horrors of Communism/socialism (same coin, different names.)   Some others are harder to reach,,,,

And some people seem to think we NEED so much government to be where we are today,,,,

It was more than just us keeping  100% of our earnings:  it was a demonstritive LACK of government over-reach.   Very few agencies and bureaus to create law by book entry.   Innovation unchecked by Nanny State rulers.   And ABSOLUTE LACK of a welfare state; “work or starve” was the norm.   Yes, there were welfare groups out there, usually via the Churches, but also by Community Chest efforts: People knew that ‘bad shit happens to good people’ and would make efforts to help those UP, that had been knocked down.   

This era?   LOL   Generational Welfare is a reality.   Second and Third Generation peeps that are carried cradle to grave with FedGov funding.  

Guess which group is gonna feel it first when the bottom falls out?

Guess which group is going to have the hardest time figuring out “make do with what you have” (because they have nothing,,,)

Remember this: Poverty is the NORM throughout history.  Our current wealth standard (Where even the poor have access to climate control, Clean running water, healthcare that rivals anything from 100 years ago, and in a country that is having an obesity problem,,,) is not the standard from history: we are outliers.    That Outlier status was formed by limited government and unbridled freedoms.

Those that forget thier history, or worse, failed to learn it, Will not perceive FREEDOM like I loosely illustrated as GOOD.   It’s responsiblities, ethics, some egalitarianism, and ruthless at the same time.   Its HARD WORK

Freedom is NEVER Free!  And it MUST be defended.   We are VERY lucky in this day and age, where we may be able to prove wrong that statement of “no one ever voated themselves out of slavery”:  with one caveat, One man and a small team are NOT going to do it alone.   They need us, out here in the tall weeds to make noise and ride herd on those asshats that are going to try and undermine and sandbag the efforts.  We might even need to be loud at the Man and his Team,,,   IF,,, we do that, enough, often and LOUDLY (take a page from the Lefty tools,,,) we MIGHT, be able to see some return to those things that made this country great, again.

And we are going to need to teach the young’uns that, yah, its work, but the returns are Fukin’ fantastic.

AND MEAN IT.    I’ve noted the a lot of the young’uns these days can spot a fake/poser pretty damned fast.   At least the ones that aren’t drinking the Koolaid can.

Alright, babbled enough tonight, tired and relaxed after paddling 6+ miles today.   Brudda B is gonna sleep like a babby tonight seeing how he hasn’t paddled but twice this year, and not at all like we did today.   (2 miles straight out, no slackin’ off, until we hit our first waypoint.)   I did have to jump on him a bit at first and tell him, “B, this ain’t a race” or he would have been fried before we hit the first half mile.  Steady does it, and both of our boats can do 4mph and not kill a body, but take twice the energy to add 1mph to that.

ON THAT NOTE: Nothing has really changed on OUR END.   Get to or keep working for Election Integrity at the local levels.   Push cleaning the voater Roles, etc.   I am seeing some good things coming, like all the communications between OMB, Putin, The KrainianKlownKar putz, etc.   I am seeing good things with the rest of the world saying, ‘uh-oh, gotta get back on the wagon’,,,

But some of the vibe just blew out the window and likely won’t come back now.   Different faces, same old Lobbyist backgrounds,,,    I was seriously hoping the man had learned his lesson and would NOT hire ANYONE with deep state ties.   My only hope at this point is that Elon is still in and gets to play HatchetMan.

And the man hasn’t even been sworn in yet,,,    Good and bad, different faces on the same coins of chance.

We chose the man to hire, but we have little choice his “Hires”, all we can do is make a stink about it and hope the man hears us.  

Same game plan as always, we expect them to crash the economy now, and drop the blame in the Donalds lap: they know that 99% of General Pop won’t understand that ‘Collapse’ was baked into the cake back in 1913, so will fully fall into that emotional mind trap.
