I’m not going to go all in and be “Trumps the greatest” like some of the Right-er-er MSM’s are running.  

I’m definitely not going to go all “he’s a NAZI FACIST DICTATOR” either, like many of the leftoid/statist lovin’ types are.

BUT, I have some questions,,,,

Over 200 EO’s in less than a week,,, Gotcha,,, Looks awesome in optics, holding to his promises made on the campaign trail,,,   Not going to go there though, seeing how many of these EO’s are more symbolic than fact.   LIke the EO he ended with “YOU’RE FIRED” talking about four persons in particular, and alluding to thousands of others.   The four mentioned by name? Two for FACT had turned in resignations weeks prior,,,   Symbolic gesture? you know it.

and it seems that many of the EO’s are more in-line to tie up Democrat Party Lawyers in endless appeals over the substance of the EO, than to actually accomplish something,,,   I don’t know for fact that is the case, but it falls inline with Trumps “deal maker” personna.   Tie the legal side of things up so that he can broker better deals in other areas with less flak from the peanut gallery.    Much like his EO to ‘release the info on the JFK assassination’: sounds good until you actually read the words in the EO.    Symbolic gesture, and may or may not fortell some future truth telling on the INtellgence communties part.   I won’t hold my breath.

Things that are bearing fruit: Immigration reversal, bringing back rule of law to the immigration side of things, not catch and release and freebie haven,,,,  

I want to see what starts happening when his appointees start getting involved more.  Marc Rubio did a grand thing with his ‘three rules’ of decisions within STATE,,,   Simple, and right in line with the America First ideology.

Oh,,, And the Gulf of America?   yeah,,, lots of people giving that flak,,, My opinion,,, its a gulf in THE AMERICAN CONTINENTS,, We have South AMERICA,, Central AMERICA, North AMERICA,,, so why shouldn’t it be Gulf of AMERICA seeing how it’s original name came from the Spanish empire when they held most of these lands: Time to bring the name forward    Again, another totally symbolic EO with more emotional spin than factual substance.  Its just a daggum name of a body of water and the only people that truly give a damn are the cartographers that have to ‘update’ the maps. (and if you look at other countries maps, the names of places probably do not reflect the same as what WE Americans call someplace,,,,)

Now,, all that being said, I am HIGHLY impressed that he has been able to ram so much through in such a short span of time.  The man did more in 4 days than we have seen in FOUR STINKING YEARS, and he isn’t backing down any.   There is still a long way to go forward, and more people still to bring in play.  We still have to see what comes from DOGE, and I am seeing more and more Governor races being contested by characters from the America First side of things.  (Ramaswamy going after the Ohio GOv spot,,, Mace(?) going after the SC GOV spot,,,)     I DO SEE A TREND GROWING.    One that Takes back the things that for the last four years were “in your face, whatcha gonna do’bout it” Leftoid bullshit.   (like doing away with 129 genders in ONE FELL SWOOP,,,, Lots of liberal tears over that one and to which I say GROW THE FUCK UP!!!  

We’re done playing that game and are NOT going to pick up your mental issues tab any longer.   Killing the DIE initiative and carrying that back further to the Equal Opportunity crap: 1000% awesome-sauce IMO    

MERIT,,,   Can you do the work,,,   Nothing about color, sex race religion,,,, CAN YOU DO THE WORK????     Hell; I’ve been a tradesman for years and several of my jobs were gained by showing up and doing the job before I was hired.   My time at L&C was gained that way.    I had to mix a full weekend at a festival, for free, as my interview.    Last day of the gig was when I finally met the bossman for real and was able to negotiate my rate,,,,

Had to prove I could weld at several places before I was offered a spot,,,     Same with turnin’ wrench, even with ASE creds,,,,

I think KNOW I prefer that type of hiring practice over a long winded resume and grovelling to HR for a spot, knowing that My skin and gender are weighing in more than my skills.     Maybe with ‘repeal’ of the bullshit, we can get back to hiring people that actually can do the work and move forward again: not be dragged down to a lower level, or worse, watch good companies devolve into garbage due to bad regulations.    Ain’t nuthin’ racial here peeps,,, CAN YOU DO THE WORK????   If no, keep walkin’.   If you REALLY want the job, get the skills: don’t trade your skin color for respect or demand some mental fantasy of yours be accepted as NORMAL and demand special treatment for it.

NOW< that being said, I do have a problem with Universal Suffrage that we currently live under.   Not truly universal as there are age requirements, and some (Felons) not allowed to vote (unless in a deep blue state apparently,,,,)   BUT, I do beleive that franchise should be a bit more restricted.     It can be restricted in a ‘Fair’ ways, as shown by Heinleins Starship troopers,,, Some may find that on the extreme side of things, but there are others.    Own a certain value or better of property, or Ability to perform certain Functions of mental prowess on demand (math is the usual), OR, be able to pass the BASIC NATURALIZATION TEST, which has been shown that 65% of American Citizens currently CAN NOT PASS,,,, Thats a frellin sad statement of our schools and our culture that more than half have no idea how any of this stuff is supposed to work,

and yet they get to VOTE and make decisions…  VOTING is inherently FORCE,    and many see it as a way to get their will in place without risk.    FORCE without conscious thought or morals or solid ethics is little better than caveman politics, no matter how ‘smart’ the voter.\

48 hours into Trumps (second) Presidency and he (seemingly) has done more in two days than Slo-Jo did in four years.   At least POSITIVE changes,,, Jo did a shit ton of damage in very short order,(and there are one or two of my readers that think current course and speed are NOT GOOD,,, but hey, we all have different perspectives on things.

The PROBLEM is NEWS.    We have soooooo many new sources of opinion and fact, but the real sources remain unchanged.  We are all dependent on the MSM’s for initial coverage.    How many of you know of any one, with the means to be on site and record video and audio of an event, on call, 24/7????   

And then, you have this footage, with bi-partisan but nearly the same mindsets, that others will copy and post their opinions on, in social media sites, like Utoob, or Rumble.    

48 hours and the Chafe is HEAVY in the air.   

SUGGESTION TO UTOOBERS: Stop the bullshit!!!   Don’t title your post as ‘reporter dragged from meeting by SS,’ When the harshest thing that happened was the reporter was told ‘stop interrupting me’ by Trump,,,,    You mislabel your post like that, your opinion means jack shit!!!   Clickbaiters are even worse!!!   Put up a ‘modified’ pic of Peelousey or Screw-em-more to draw in your crowd, but the picture has NOTHING to do with the content,,,,,

I have only so many hours in a day, watching vids takes time, and if I spend 8 minutes of that time and the tag line is bullshit, I WASTED MY TIME…

Its not one ‘side’ or the other.  All the sides are doing this crap, and it makes it real hard to figure out who is legit, who is a deepstate actor, and it doesn’t take long before I say “F! it!” and go erase my history, to reset the algorthm to help clean up the chafe.

Yah, maybe I am oldskool with prefering to READ versus visual stimulus in moving pictures.    I much prefer bloggers and Stackers (substack writers) over other means, and I read MANY from as many ideologies as I can.   Yeah, it takes a minute longer to ‘find’ what you are looking for, but the Chafe is much less, and there is zero ‘clickbait’.  Independent Journalists are a growing trend, while the MSM’s are dying.   Sadly, they will never fully go away: that whole teams in place 24/7 aspect,,,  I can only hope the last four years cover-up and the waking up of the Country (as exposed in current events, and the increasing lawfare against the MSM’s) that they will adjust their stances and stop “Narrating” so much (as if NOT AT ALL,,, just the facts ma’am,,,,)   Used to be that facts were reported and at the end of the show was when OPINION was aired.  Even in the paper versions, the facts as known were shown, and there were ‘editorials’ of opinion, and usually more than one and often of Point/counterpoints: YOU DECIDE,,,,

and yes, even that can be manipulated,,,,   History has many examples of it,,,,,   

SO, we need the MSM’s, but we need the freelance independents MORE, and with the nets, we can,,,

Find those you agree with, and support them: Substack makes contributing to them easy, and there are other methods available. Almost as many as there are means to get to them.

It’s day five of cold weather, cooped up at home, no work, and the mind is starting to wander into strange acloves,,,

Starting last night, I was wandering into my past and using that hindsight thing to figure ‘where did certain shifts happen?’.    Most all of y’uns that have been here for awhile know how little respect I carry for our Modern Public School Indoctrination System.   And I could go on and on about what changes I think are needed to correct the problems: I won’t, not today (not much anyhow).   Instead, I am going to cover where things went sideways for me, and what I think “REALLY” happened.   

High School, mid 80’s: we were still getting educated for the most part.   YEah, there was some of that indoctrination crap starting, but we still had a hella set of STEM courses, still had Vocational Arts of several sorts ( I took all of the intro’s and excelled at Industrial drawing and Communicating arts (print shop, and why I know about linotype and such.)   BBBuuuuutttttt

Those wasn’t where I wanted my focus.   I was bound and determined for Education and STEM.   I wanted to be a teacher and I wanted to be an engineer (like my granpappy) and either would do me good, but why not both,,,,

The problem arose from this trend THAT I FEEL needs fixed in a MAJOR way.   Coaching and Teaching.    A lot of teachers are also coaches.   Or maybe I should say, a lot of coaches MUST  teach to justify thier existence.   Yah,,, that last seems correct: it definitely lends  validity to what happened to me.   

Gotta step this back a bit.   I was failed in the last year of middle school.   Not because I didn’t have the grades, but because I had skipped ONE CERTAIN CLASS repeatedly.   The reason I was skipping that class was BOREDOM!!!!   History,, (and y’all know how much I adore history these days, so it wasn’t the subject matter,,, it was the coach teacher/teaching method.

Downside, ZERO LECTURE, ZERO TEACHING  Rote memorization, and no elaboration on WHY this is important.

Ok, failed, Coach told them I couldn’t read (he never admitted that I had aced every single test he gave, even though I had only showed up for mondays and fridays.) so I had to repeat the grade and attend reading class.   

Reading teacher (who was a REAL teacher, not a joke pummeled on the students.) knew the game.   Tested ALL of her incoming students (and this was a very small class, literally in a large broom closet, with only 4 desks able to fit the space) and I  tested out at 3rd year second semester COLLEGE LEVEL reading.     I was only 13 and was reading books like James Clavells SHOGUN and such: mostly Historical and fanstasy stuff, so it wasn’t lack of interest in History,,,  

Reading Teach gave me an option.   Return to History class(Coach was the ONLY history teacher in that school: yeah, that small of a school) or she could teach me speed reading and typing, and I could do some of her work for her (typing up quizes, etc)    Return to that drudgery and torture class? Oh to HELL NO!!!    So I jumped on her offer, and she gave me 2 books a week to read and review, as she was also teaching me to speed read and type.   As the year went on, that list grew to 4+ books a week.

(side note, some of ya may already know, She was the teacher who escaped east Germany in the late 50’s, and her political views were ‘given’ to me by her choices in my course.    Some of them had to stew for many years before they exploded on my psyche, but they NEVER left me.)

SO, fast forward (back to where I started this) to High School.    I was further FUCKED by Coaches in my highschool years.    One Coach was the head counselor.   Another was the Algebra Teacher.  BOTH, (and in hindsight, I think colluded) Killed my STEM efforts.    See, without algebra, you don’t get to pursue the higher maths like Trig, Physics or Calculus.   I was forced out of Algebra within 3 weeks of the start of the year.   I was repeatedly accused of cheating (I sat center row, front seat right in front of the teachers desk,,,) off the football players that surrounded me.   The teacher/coach was the head Football coach.   The Counselor was the Assistant coach.    I was repeatedly accused of cheating off the player that sat BEHIND me, and when I tried to argue my case, there was NO hearing me.   The two NEEDED that player to have passing grades and couldn’t let him fail for any reason, let alone get booted for cheating.

AND y’all wonder why I so hate POLITICS,,,

The head counselor/AsstCoach flat told me that I was ‘Not capable of such higher learning,,, why not focus on management skills and the humanities instead’.   They even told me I had ZERO MECHANICAL APTITUDE, and that my spatial perception (lack of) would hinder me in the higher maths.

And I listened,,,    I wasn’t such a contrarian than (shush Sis,,, what I was at home was not the same as at school,,,,)(additionally, my personal history shows the lie of all his statements…)

It was about then, that what I really wanted to become, more than anything, was a teacher…    I knew even then, that a good teacher can have lifelong influence on a person.  My Reading Teacher showed me that.   Several of my English teachers showed me that.   

And even there, I was steered away,   ‘Middle management would be your best bet as a career,,,,’   Fact being, I HATE managing,,, I can do it, can even be good at it, but I HATE IT.   All the ‘management’ jobs I had, I burned out fast.  Even now, when I am in charge of crews, I burn out and need WEEKS to recover doing the things I do best, McGyver-isms, creating, building repairing: anything BUT dealing with others.

And knowing that now, I can see why I didn’t pursue Teaching as much.     There is more than a little management involved in teaching classes, I might have been able to handle small classes, much like what my reading teacher did, but the larger fuller classes,,,

And that brings me to my present day,,,   I know now, the real point of education: its not to teach subjects, its to teach LEARNING and inspire self education.   Thats much harder to do and probably why so many modern teachers fail at it.    ITs easy to play the ‘memorize this, pass the test, and move on’,,,  But thats not learning.  A friend of mine is a teacher, and I hung out with him and some of his fellow teachers not too long back, and what I gathered was “Pure angst” at dealing with the kids and the system.   NO INSPIRATION WHATSOEVER.   It’s not the kids fault: its all due to the system, lack of discipline (not just at school, but at home as well) and how the system tries to make widgets from individuals.    As in my case, for whatever reason the teacher/counselors decided, they did NOT want me going in the direction I felt a calling for.   It certainly was not my intelligence that held me back,,, (not going to list my IQ since I don’t believe IQ has much to do with anything but a score  to brag about.  And I don’t like braggarts.)   Since then though, I have always been a bit rudderless,,,  Adrift in the sea of life, no direction, no real goals.     I have bounced around as whim and passion dictated with no ‘resounding successes’ to call mine.   Not to say I haven’t been successful: I did become a touring soundguy, in less than 7 years, in an industry that is VERY dog-eat-dog.   I have (or held) certifications all over the spectrum of service industries. 

And I have memories from all of those that can’t be replicated in any other way.   

I’m losing my thread here.

I’m too old to go back and start over, No pursuit of an engineering degree for me.  I could take the time, make the effort and get my teaching certifications, but the only place you need those, really, is in the public sector.   A body could do a private school without the certs,    Those are fewer and further between though.(and very closed off to ‘outsiders’,,,)

OR, I could try to start something of my own.     And that calling is still the siren song in my soul.    Why would I come back here everyday if I weren’t trying to get some idea or concept across, even if vicariously and sideways.   Why would I continue self educating myself in things that have no point in my world (yes, I am still teaching myself the higher maths,,, thanks to Saxon math books and others.  And a huge blessing in Slide-rules, that should NEVER have been removed from the schools, even if they are obsolete in the real world.  More on that in some other post.)   Why?    

Because people need GOALS, and without goals, we become rudderless and drifting, and then we start to fill our worlds with meaningless trivalities and entertainments of no substance: Like video games and Stephen King novels.

I am hoping, and yes, its a thin hope, that (fingers crossed) with the removal of the Department of Education, local standards will open up enough that people like me, WITH PASSION, can start replacing those that are only at it for the benefits, not the kids sake.

Day of four of an involuntary 96 hour shore leave,,,, May turn into five, but fingers crossed that we have enough lined up at the J.O.B. to kick Son of Bossman in the bum and get us back onto it; despite the weather,,,,

Not much done yesterday, other than purt much what ever’one else was doing,,,  Watching, dissecting, half in dread, half in anticipation, more than a dash of hope (in my case) and probably bucket loads of fear in some others,,,,

And the man is NOT a politician,,,,   I have never heard a more deadpan delivery of a speech.   You can always tell when he is reading from the prompters or delivering off the cuff.   His animation goes up in the latter.   NOTE,,, my statement above is no Condemnation,,, its a compliment in reality,,,, We’ve had enough ”Politician” since, well, FOREVER, and any change right now is a bonus.  

Is he a narcissist?   May have a streak running in him, but he is most definitely an extrovert and revels in attention.   He is also a businessman and that showed by his actions yesterday.   Having the signing desk moved to the arena where the post inaugeration specatacle was to take place “So he could get right to work”     Recall when he was Diag’d with the ‘Rona and was isolated at the hospital and STILL WORKING AT HIS JOB?   (in his first iteration of Prez)   The man ain’t Biden his time,,,, (pun intended)

Is Kold,,, While I ain’t exactly happy about the day off, I am understanding of it.   Sure as shit, I do NOT want to be down in that shop, freezin’ my tuckus off, dealing with sub freezing temps in metal needing welded.   Even my welder gets cranky as F! when the temps drop below that freeze mark.   Welding gas will freeze up the regulator when I get going hot and fast: that’s when I gotta take a break and let things thaw out (under heat from a torpedo heater, or it won’t) 

Kids are telling me “Da!!! fix the t-stat please,,, don’ wanna use the box anymore!!!”  They truly do not like ‘poopin’ inside,,,, Fastidious little rats, and I can understand their dislike of ‘shitting where they live’, but there ain’t no fixing the T-stat mamanature has her thumb on right now.   Only drifting through time and space and orbital position can fix that’un.  Lord knows I wish I could kick the clock to run a little faster this time of year,,, Hatez winterz,,,,

Anyhoozzits,,,Sitting here, tappin’away at the keys: did a dive into the EO’s that were signed last night, Business as usual, maybe a little over the top by some peoples thoughts, but he and his crew have been hard at work getting shit in order since November,, this is just the start,,,, the cars are all rolling down that hill now and gaining speed,,, lets see what the ride has in store for us, eh?

As for thoughts of an ‘preplanned economic crash’,,, Sorry, I have been mentioning that since well before the Selection cycle started,,, I said (not going to dig it up, the search function in WP sucks) well before July that ‘if he wins, the likelihood of the treasury pulling some stunt is VERY HIGH’ (paraphrased, but the gits is dead on.)   So, get your house in order, starting last year would have been too late IMO, and be ready, this ride is going to have some seriously rough spots before we get to the finale, and people, people that voted whole-heartedly for Trump, as their saviour, are going to question thier sanity at times.    I know he is no “Shining Knight” but he is a far cry from some weasel worded twatwaffle politico that would sell his mother for a senate seat and all the bennies that includes.

Synapsis of my thoughts.   The gears are still being installed to this machine he is building on.    Soon those gears are going to engage and things will get ‘interesting’ to say the least.   May be that some of those gears get mangled on first engagement.  May be that some of them just spin, doing nothing much at all.

But some of them are going to introduce a LOT of torque into a system and things are going to shift.   THOSE are the ones I am watching for.

anyways, its kold, I need to get more wood in the house for the stove, kittehs are demanding ‘treats’ since they are stuck in here with me, and I have way more reading and researching to do.   (like whats going on with his cabinet picks,,,, seems like they were lost in the storm of yesterday,,,,,)

Like the weather outside, I feel ice right now.  Little signals Ive been picking up, and writing off as paranoia,,  only, they are increasing in frequency.   I believe the next 30 days (end of February) will tell us far more than the last 3 months: fogs will lift and illusions will waver,,,,

Apologies: Cold weather and icy conditions,,,   The photons are pounding on my solar panels, but the light has to pass through too much Atmo for any warmth to make it this far: and that is giving me chills of another sort. 

AND, there may be some ‘propaganda’ leaking into my outlooks as well.    Far too many words running rampant and knowing alignments of the writers/publishers,,,,, Yeah,,,

I look at both sides, but I do have my biases as well, and yes, those biases can be swayed: which is why I usually am a day or two behind the current trend of ‘news’,,,, I isolate and analyze before opinion,,,, usually,,,,   there is still some ‘mission creep’ involved.

All the fun ‘youth kick’ going on last night, I dove back into other curiousities of my youth.     Some of y’uns might be Heinlein Fans (and if you aren’t, WHY NOT?) and recall “The Rolling Stones”

If not, the Stone family are Miners.  Asteroid belt miners. 

And I got to thinking, How feasible IS asteroid mining?

Not very in reality.   The asteroid belt is Frellin’ HUGE,,, and in reality, pretty damned empty.    The average distance between asteroids is 600000 miles.   To put that into a comparison that makes some sense to us rock hounds (what I am going to term planet locked humans for now, IE All of us,,,,) there would be only TWO asteroids between mama Earth and Luna.    Thats a rather large distance to be scooting between flying debris in search of bounty.  

Advantages to space bound searchers,,,,   zero G, NO drag, and a continuous thrust engine can move you large distances in short order. (Heinlein covers this frequently, and includes the math involved)   BUT, when you are searching for a rock, that may only be a meter (or less) wide, in distances that size,,,,   And your best friends are radar and spectrographs,,,

and that section of space (all space really) is pretty damned cold,,,,

NO, Not saying it ain’t doable,, but there are some hoops that need addressed before it would be economically feasible.   Even so, a miner could lay claim to one minute of arc in the belt and still have a lifetimes worth of work ahead of him to root out his claim.   Except the belt moves, alot, and not as uniformly as the planets. (though still in predictable fashion, for the most part.   About like you can predict what a country might do, but look at any one individual, without background on them and you’re making wild guesses for prediction.)

BUT, the asteroids tend to be much more pure in content than what we find on earth.

Some of the biggest problems mentioned above have nothing to do with the physics of the situation.  Most have to do with our indoctrination via entertainments.    Take our expectations of how war would take place in space.    We have all these shows and movies showing dogfights like you would expect in air to air fights. Our imagination using something we have as fact, but not applicable to ‘out there’.   That ain’t gonna happen when you can detect objects moving to you (in less than FTL speeds)  from THOUSANDS of AU (astral units, roughly the distance of the earth from the sun, 47 million miles.)    Then you have the totally primitive methods we use to apply thrust to our craft.   I say primitive even though we are at the pinnicle of tech there, but it still takes MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF FUEL to move things; that is, if you want things to move quickly.   Fuel takes up a lot of realestate in a craft.   (Note,,, the Voyager craft had Ionic thrusters that delivered micro thrust, but continously, for long periods of time.   Enough to acclerate them and guide them into slingshot paths with panets where they were able to get even MORE speed.   It took years to get up to the speeds they are currently moving, and they have no way of stopping (and thats okay, since they never planned on stopping anywhere).    That is the sort of thing we have on the table currently, along with the vacuum engines (rockets) we currently use for larger craft within earths orbit.   Compressed gasses work for thrusters/attitude thrusters etc, but once used up; gone, worthless junk until a refill can be managed.)

My brain is a tickin’ with scenarios, ideas, and what not, and No, I ain’t a rocket scientist/engineer.   But I am curious as all get out as to what plans are being laid in how to handle moving things around out there.   And I know there are people that are digging into those very things, hoping for that chance one day to play amongst the stars.(the REAL stars)

AND NOW, I am going to turn my attention back to ‘here and now’ for a minute, using the opening of this post for ammo.

There has been some agenda pushing going on in the spheres. and I agree with large portions of it, but this one. I had a couple of issues with.   I like Bill, have been a fan for years, but there was one point in particular that struck me as narrow minded as all get out.

All Federal Employment of non-STEM college graduates is forbidden in the first ten years after graduation.   That to me spells a problem.   The US is nearly dead last in STEM graduates these days.   We pump out massive amounts of other degrees, but only a small percentage of STEM, AND, that doesn’t seem to be making corrections anytime soon, with our pre-college education system being zeroed in on Indoctrination, not EDUCATION.   Many of our STEM oriented employees are H1B holders.  Not all mind you, but a significantly noticable amount.  

Maybe the current launches will inspire some kids to push harder at the ‘Hard maths’ and other sciences.   One can only hope.     There may be a generational lag, with a sudden burst of “new minds” in the next 10-20 years,,, but it won’t happen overnight, and the leftist mentality is going to take even longer to weed out of the Institutions of higher learning.  (and I would bet good money, it never ever goes away entirely,,,)

And then again, there is the animosity I have for “Public Servants”,,,,   The only people fit to serve are those that have no desire to serve, and those that desire to serve, should NEVER be allowed the chance.  IMO,,,,   To many instances of power hungry manipulators in our history, old and current.   Too many instances of LIFELONG POLITICIANS, that are uber-rich and never, NEVER did a damned thing to improve the world beside spewing hot air and promising bullshit.  (there are some exceptions, those that chose to serve to combat the current trend of career politicians,  not for self serving interests,,,  May this trend grow and ripen into something more akin to the “citizens” profile as described in Heinleins Starship Troopers.    Earn it, not given cart blanche by virtue of birth.)

We are one weekend away from the Inaugeration,,,   The Corpse in Cheif is leaving the offal office, and there are crews and crews in overdrive to prepare the residence for Trump, fam and Krew to take over come Monday.

How many crews are in overdrive to bury the dirt still in circulation from the last four years (eight in reality, since the first tour of Trump was such a frenzy of ‘fuck you’ by Obamas appointtees and the BLOB.)

We’ve a long way to go before we get off this rock, and even longer to go before we start migrating off as ‘Homesteaders’.

If  you have young’uns,,, start trying to inspire them now, homeschool if you have the means, (make the means,, they are out there) and if you are a grandparent, take the time for the kids.  Time was, the parents were the breadwinners, the grans were the teachers.  Slow evolutions in change that way, but it carried culture much better than our current ‘latest trend’ way of the world; where you don’t know what to expect month to month, and tech drives us at such a pace, only the dedicated can stay on top of it all.  (Don’t need to go all Amish on us, but do take that lifestyle as a model to build from,,,)
