Pedometer I wear showed 12348 paddle strokes on race Saturday. That equated to 5.3 miles walking, but paddling is all core and upper body. (Mostly, some leg work too) 1000 strokes/mile,,,, about 5.28' per stroke,,, sounds about right, I'm feeling every single one this morning. More later,,,,
