Home, Sorta unloaded. Can’t unload Lyssa from Buffalo yet as I managed to get Buff stuck in a quagmire I call a yard. Shits slimey enough I almost went on my ass a few times just getting camp gear out. Had to get the tent soonest as it needed hung to dry out before being packed up proper.
Had a LONnnngggggg night last night. Woke up way early with grumbles and growls from a pissed off Intestinal tract. Had to unhook the Hammock from Buff as its a 1/2 mile to the public facilities at this place. Walking, I’d have never made it! Came back to camp: its pissing down and the inside of the hammock had an inch of water inside. “fuggit, Sleep in Buff!”

Long night,,,, Neck crick, and achy asscheeks from a strange position that put my leg to sleep.
And I had a shit ton of stuff to accomplish before the beginning of the week so begged off helping load out and left early. Didn’t get a chance to settle down until 3 ish and thats when I almost hit ass to slime-pit of yard around Buffalo.
Tents hanging in shed until dry for repack (day or two.) Lyssa is still riding high and will be until we have a few dry days. but the rest is packed up, re-stowed, and good to go.

REALLY HATEZ them grumbles in the night – even when I’m at the hoose! Sucks that they hit ya when yer tryin to unwind. At least ya got some H2O (and bro’s) time. Good ya got to sample the old bottom o’ the bottle, too!🍺🥂🙃 Dam – Mikee hatez it when them bottles have bad QC, and develop a leak in the bottom and evaporate like that!
Cricks, achies, and other good schtuff ya didn’t usta have – wait till ya get into my age range, Bro!😉🙄 Pays ta have a REAL GOOD sense o’ humor, it do! If’n it don’t hurt or ache, I start checkin ta make sure I ain’t ded yet!
Also sucks to git home to that kinda AFU soaked azz yard (specially on yer hill) that’s slicker’n owl sh*t.

Yah, its been blowin’ off n on for a several days. And my yard? Maybe 1/2″ of topsoil on top of that KY Clay (not the pretty blood red of TN clay, but that sickly yeller shit.) and you have the perfect formula of ‘Owl Shit’. Top of that, Buff is running street tires with low tread depth current. In wet grass, they may as well be racing slicks.
She’ll get the off road stuff after injun/front end rebuild. She’d chew ’em up right now with the alignment being a mess.
