Especially in customer service related areas,,,

IF, someone is calling your practice/business/company, they are ON THIER TIME trying to accomplish something. If you can’t take the call, there is this thing called VOICEMAIL, you might have heard of it a time or two. Back in the day, we called it an Aswering machined, or a answering service in some cases where the called was forwarded to such.

The ‘leave a name and number and we will get right back to you” crap,,,, Ok, sure, and you’ll call me when I am merging traffic at 70mph during rush hour, so I won’t answer the call (for safety’s sake) and here we go again, round and round the phone tag wheel we go.

Do I sound just a little jaded here?

dealing with doc offices and most all of them are now using automated directories, that don’t help much, and in one case, pounding on the zero key gets you hung up on.

Gonna stop and get me some lick-er on the way home from running images out to the new doc. At Her unit, you at least you get to talk to flesh and blood when you call in. That should say more about the dealers others in some way.

Hurry up n wait,,,, tha’s the word of the day. Kinda saw it comin’ but now its too late to do anything on BlooTwuck and not make a mistake or thirty: PASS!!!

So, lick-er up, a double finger draw with naproxin sodium chaser for the pains,,, My shoulders are achin’ from stress, diggers and spudbar use. Prolly in need of shoulder rebuild meself, but now is not the time. Don’t need both Da and myself on the “No Duty” list. One is bad enough. (and I could really use a good paddlin’ to help with the shoulder pain. Paddlin’ is my Physical Therapy that always works.)
