what does the customer pay for a job like that? Handrails may be something to install here before they are actually needed (which will hopefully not be for another 20years god willing).

I believe that set ran $600. Not outrageous as it is custom fabricated.
You’d have to look around, some fencing companies can do modular stuff much cheaper, but just as sturdy. We stopped doing the modular stuff because of ME,,, they try to keep me employed, even if it doesn’t get the margin they could get.

I’ve pulled lots of posts. I’m fact I helped bestie pull 100′ of almost new 6′ vinyl coated chain link fence. A case of somebody just wanting it gone.
Anyway, I’ve never seen the post centered in the concrete. Never.

I try,,, but,,, Especially! with these custom jobs, it ain’t doable. Try as you might, theres just that little bit that doesn’t wanna give the right way.
