Back from the Doc in a Box
Takin’ the day off today.
Bronchitus, bordering on pnuemonia. Two anitbiotics as if it were full blown pnuemonia, a steroid in my ass cheek, and industrial level mucinex with an inhaler to boot.
I’magonnakicktheshitoutofthiscrud!!!!
And it wasn’t too hateful on the self pay side of things. 155 for office, that included the Steroid shot, Xrays of my chest (with remote assessment by REAL doctors) then $ 62 for the scripts.
Had I broke down and done the ER,,, that bill would have at least one zero attached to the end before the decimal.

Home and my proud pupper is a loaded spring surprise,,, All wiggles and bounces and SHEER exuberance,,, How could one just leave that alone in the wild to fend for itself???
He’s quite proud of his performance last night. I’m not so proud but then I’m the one that is a little tunnel-visioned from lack of sleep last night. Had he been just woofing at hearing the coyote or nieghbor dog barks, I would be less than pleased with him. He wasn’t, He was actually defending his turf,,, Being retained on a lead didn’t help him any (but he is young, so kept him out of getting in over his head) but he did his job to his best ability. Once I was able to actually see the problem this morning, I put the fireworks ‘up their butts’ and sent’em packing.
My F!cuz has a problem. HIS dogs are looking for food, like a pack,,,,
I’m gonna talk to Da and see what he thinks, but I know the options already. Call the County Shelter and make complaints,,, Shelter will remove most all of the dogs. (most all because they have only so much capacity)

Dealing with another’s total lack of concern is NEVER easy. They don’t care that the dogs are inbreeding, that they pack up and roam the area when they are gone,
There may come a day where certain individuals take things beyond civil and make it kinetic. Has happened, but its always the dogs that pay the price,,,,,
