At Ease, Marine!

and that, actually, is how I feel right now.     Son of Bossman came by my house today.

conversation ensued.

I go back to the shop on Muhnday.

and I even managed to get a little ahead on my monthly bills this pay week (seeing how I didn’t know when the next was coming,,, I jumped some hoops.)

Feelin’ a little breezy now.  Stress I wasn’t aware of in the shoulders, relaxed. (funny how when it leaves you, you note it, but not the build up.)

And little Sis is likely in town this weekend.    Fingers crossed, we don’t get to see each other’nuff.   Haven’t said nuthin’ to The Da as I don’t wanna get his hopes up (same reason: not seeing each other enough)  

and there is a kayak race tomorrow morning that I will NOT be attending.    I was a little perturbed that the race classes were combined up last year and this year, is the same set up.   I can’t compete with High Performance Surfskis, and they are now in the same class as sea-kayak/recreational.  From looking at the attendance expected, I don’t think I am  alone in boycotting the event for that reason.   Attendance is down to 30% of last years.  Only one third!!!    Barely,,,,       I hope they take the not so subtle hint.
