    1) Those parties NOW have ZERO 5TH Amendment protections from telling what they know/did.

    AND…

    2) Isn’t that rather an ADMISSION of them being up to MALFEASANCE?

    Yes, I know it will be spun (“Spin control to Jerry Brown…” yeah, so it’s a bit dated…) as ‘preventing attacks (by those have BEEN attacked for real…)’…

    This also does NOT mean that their crimes cannot be investigated and MADE PUBLIC. And… see: No 5th Amendment Protections.

    Does it stink?

      Point one,,, Hadn’t thought of that angle. THOUGH,,, just because they are legally ‘protected’ does not mean they haven’t other leashes on them (Arkancide is a pretty good motivator to keep mouth shut,,,,)
