Christmas time again,,,
Here’s hopin’ y’all have a good holiday. Lots going on in the world and there are brothers and sisters of mine in harms way: I send a more sincere and hopeful wish to them. May this mess resolve quickly and quietly with no more loss of life.
Watching things going on and have some questions, but nothing I want to put into printed form at this stage. Won’t lie, there are some things going on that have me scratching my head and thinking “we’ve been duped, AGAIN”, but I hold my peace because its still VERY early in the game.
BUT, it’s Christmas time, peace, and joy, and love of one another, etc etc… The big thing for me is getting away from the comercialism side of things: no gifting this year, just spending time with those I can, and wishing I could spend time with more. Scattered we are, and that makes such times more precious, especially when one looks at the years gone by and how few remain. (that uncomfortable truth of unknown quanitity) I am trying to see the lighter side of life, and this time of year makes that a bit easier, and just a little bit harder to swallow, at the same time. I know that my times with my Da are coming to a close: might be this year, might be another 10 or more, but no one knows,,,, SO,,,, I make what good of them as I can.
but enough about me. Heres to YOU, hoping you are blessed this Christmas with the spirit of the holidays in all its glory. Renewal of life, second chances, enlightenment, Ascension; all those aspects can be attributed to this time of year. Its not a death holiday, its RE-BIRTH, and I think after the last couple of decades, we could all use a fresh start.
MOre laters, after the festivities have settled down some (at least for a week when we start the new year) Maybe I’ll post pics from my Christmas day paddle session,,,, (tis cold but I’m determined.)

Best wishes to you and yours Dio. This has been a pretty shit year for me personally, not gonna lie, but your posts have been a ‘port in the storm’ and I GREATLY APPRECIATE you being here. Cheers to you, and my sincere wishes that next year is better that the one we’re about to put in the rear view mirror! Hope your paddle is fantastic! Haven’t gotten ‘wet’ myself in ’24, hard to believe, but am committed to getting back out there next year!

Of course you were duped. It is the nature of the beast. Crapitolism at its finest. Richest man on earth knew he was for sale and just took advantage of that fact. Just as others have.
I have my fingers crossed though. Elon is driven to succeed for mankind as a whole. Whereas that orange buffoon is all about himself.
Onward and upward, in this coming New year, may Elon have success in his endeavors. Vivek be found for the fraud that he is and the orange blob get his due…heart attack from one too many mcdees.

Where I went sideways with this was reading that Chrumped is going to continue supplying arms to the Kraine,,, WTF?!?! Completley counter to what he was saying on the campaign trail: That tells me that he has been compromised by the MIIC. NOT AT ALL SURPRISED MIND YOU,,, Just miffed. I do hope that Elon has enough sway in ‘suggestions’ to bring this mess to an end. We don’t have the money, and its been proven we don’t have the weapons, and to keep harrassing the bear is going to lead to more and broader effects than just some corrupt little backwater near the Black Sea. Not a good plan. (and while I don’t want to point out semetic points, there is A LOT of Jooz-influence on Chrumped,,,, Makes one wonder who’s really pulling who’s strings,,,,)

Got a houseful (Son, D in L, Grandson, and Grandsons Rescue Brudder from anudder mudder – from Commiefornia) – ( a Big change from the last 4), and tomorrow a More Bigger-er houseful (2 Great Grandsons + their Mom)! Mikee ain’t used to this much peeoplzzz in the Casa!😁 Gonna be one for the books!

No idea who you are, and I won’t demean your comment in anyway.
I’m non-denominational, bordering on pagan, leaning hard Buhdist, with a smattering of everything else tossed in. Agreed that the ‘season’ should be much broader than one day of a year, and that is why I spend so much of my time ‘in church’, striving for that path and striving to not stray too far off it when I am not on it.

Appreciate you not demeaning nor attacking. Many do for some odd reason.
Spending time in church is good and well , i found spending time alone searching through the scriptures one on one more enlightening. Finding 15 min – 30 minutes alone time can be difficult. i wake up early in morning before the others. Have a Blessed day and many more.
