Waiting game

Sittin’ here on the porch, watching the sky as the sun goes to sleep,,,

Watchin’ kittehs playing in the leaves, chasing Mama’s tail, oblivious to the world at large,,,,, Somtimes I am a bit envious of thier simple lives,,,

The counts start soon.   and what happens between now and some resolution is anyones guess.  

As Jay (the Boring Old Man, ) states in his last comment “Sometimes I think it should be like pulling a bandage,,,” (paraphrased as WP won’t let me copy paste between comments window and the editor,,,,)

I am not holding my breath for either track.   I placed my opinion in the machine, and from there, its up to millions of others,,,   Didn’t have any issues with the machine, the printed ballot had no discrepencies, and the ballot box side took it and ‘counted it’.   I have to trust that this set up is honest,,, Its a new system KY is using, and I do not think it is by Dominion,,,   

We really need to get back to the Purple finger, paper ballot, HAND COUNT.   We did it for decades and decades (maybe not the purple finger side, but hand counts and reporting, NOT computer collated information that can be manipulated with man in the middle attacks.  Yes, vote fraud still happened, but the evidence trail was a whole lot harder to hide/erase.    I don’t trust the machines like I used to.   Not in this day and age where Big Tech has such a strangle hold on our every day existence.  (and yup, we did it to ourselves by accepting the free samples of the dealer.)

No depression in me tonight, thats a plus, but I can’t say its because I am optimistic about the upcoming results.    I see the projected map and know that it’s ‘adjusted’ by polling numbers, and that polling numbers are so badly skewed right now (many conservatives, myself as an example, hang up on polling calls.   Don’t care.    Again, ‘we do it to ourselves’.   In this case, its inadvertent tactics: keep the otherside guessing so they can’t prepare extra ‘vote integrity’.)

counting starts soon.  Most polls close at 6pm or 8pm depending on location.  KY closes polls at 6  and tabulting results should be quick enough if those ‘ballot boxes’ are ‘honest’.  

suns down.   last light in a few more minutes.   Gotta rastle up a kitteh that has zero desire to go in right now.  “NeOohhhs!!!! Playin’!!!   Don’t wanna sleeppies!!!!”   Little rug-rat is growing like a weed right now.   All that running and playing is building mad muscle and bone structure, and he eats like a damned horse. (if horses were carnivores, this world would in a real mess.)   He eats almost a half pound of raw beef every day.   Not all at once, but when it gets put down, ITS GONE: and don’t get your digits in the way,,,,  ( in comparison, Mama  and Zoomies eat the other half between them. )   and he does eat the kibble as well,,,   No starving Kats in my stead,,,,

Three more days of J.O.B. then I can get the kayak wet again: Operation Ground and Center Brudda B.    Looking like its gonna be a super nice day.   Had an 88% chance of rain last night when I looked.  That has been downgraded to 40% as of 2 pm.   And looking at the national Radar/satellite imagry, doesn’t look like any big systems are building up out there.     Should be a nice relaxed sun filled day.   

and rain would stop us not at all.   Only lightning does that.   (actually, the rainy floats are some of the better ones for G&C .)
