Welcome to my brain. It’s messy. It’s interesting. And it’s all connected if you stick around long enough. "Believe Nothing: no matter who said, even if I have said it, except it agree with your own reason and common sense. Siddhartha Guatamo, the Buddha.

I’m evil, yes I am.

Recall the broken Kat thing?  Mentioned that Zoomies is a scaredy-kat about mice. That Mama is ‘semi-retired’ from the mouser game.  Will watch them and only pounces when they happen to cross paths, but won’t pursue,,,

So I bought THIS (yes I get a kickback if ya buy)

DAMN GINA!!!!

Knew I had mice,  but the first kill shocked me! (Not the trap, its occupant)  damned packrat!!! Big’un too!!!   I’m certain the batteries took a hit pushing those electrons through that brute.  Minus tail,  must have been 3 1/2″ long.

Since then, its been a steady stream of ded-meeses.  4 so far.   Damned Kats rilly have been suckin’ hind teat at their jobs.  I’ve a handle on the situation now.  With cold and wet months coming,  the woodland residents wanna move in even more so than they have,  and I may just pick up a second unit.  Cleaner and apparently MORE reliable than spring traps.  They walk in, they don’t come out on their own.

Muhahahaha!!¡!!!

Those things are great! When I was a facilities director at a semi-rural place, the residents had a fit over using bait stations, so as not to inadvertently poison the predators (44 acre campus, with an 1,100 acre ‘open space’ at the back fence – TONS of wildlife!) so we deployed a dozen of them. We baited them with dog kibble and a dash of peanut butter. We wiped out a few hundred rats and a much small number of mice in about 4 months time. They do eat batteries, but the results speak for themselves!
