SO, here’s where I am confused.   The heads of Bureaus are part of the EXECUTIVE branch, right,,, I mean, they execute the rules and laws of the organization called GOVERNMENT, right?   This is what I found in my little internet surf,,,,

NOW, I do know that there has been inroads made to make it ‘illegal’ for certain SES members to be ‘fired’.   They get the priviledge of resigning in disgrace, but can NOT be fired by the President,,,, EXCUSE ME????   Who the hell signed off on THAT peice of DREK????  NO ONE, thats who,,,,

LOTS of house keeping needs done, because that little peice of legislation is COMPLETELY UNCONSTITUTIONAL,,, there are no amendments making it law, its just a line item in the Federal Registar and has the force of law because its “trial date’ has passed without anyone arguing against it.    AND WHY it has not been argued and brought before the Supremes is beyond me,,,,

The Agencies should NEVER be allowed to write Laws.   That is a function of Congress and is written as such.   IF for some instance, the agency does need that ability, it should have a FINITE SUNSET DATE and no chance of ‘roll-over’.  And I still don’t believe, even then, that they should have that ‘right’.   Send the information to Congress, let the TRULY elected (choke! did I just write that,,,,) decide and let the people have the final say by removing those that ‘fukitup’.

Again, I go back to  “Not sure THEY are human,,,,”   

arrogant fuk-knobs with more degrees than brain-cells, me thinks.  (and likely mostly from diploma mill type schools so they can say ‘yeah, I have a phD in,,,,” with no actual knowledge of what that subject contains in reality.)

SO!, with that in mind, I can see part of why the first term of DJT hit that wall.   Not all of it of course.   I do think his hiring many of the swamp creatures as his cabinet was part of the problem too.   I would hope that IF he makes the grade and defeats the STEAL, that he learned a thing or two and hires REAL GUNNER TYPES (like RFKjr seems to be,,,) to clean house, and Takes that little tidbit of Regulation STRAIGHT TO THE SUPREMES for nullification  so he CAN ‘Drain the Swamp’ of those overpaid undereducated asshats that wouldn’t last  a year in the Private marketplace,,,,
