Evolutions happen (not a doompron post, Really!)

Was a bad boy this AM before heading off to the J.O.B. and was reading posts, mostly negative ones, about the world at large. One of them was by T.L. Davis, an it had a lot of good stuff in it, but the gist was that of APATHY,,,
Yeah, the whole situation is a bit overwhelming to those of us that keep watching, scratching our heads about why ‘we aren’t stacking bodies yet’. And there is a miasma of apathy across the board. People just want to go on in life and the problems of the world be damned. Of course the down side to this being, to paraphrase a quote “You may have no interest in the world, but the world has interest in YOU’. And it does, where do you think all those trillions have come from? Not you directly, but on promises of tax revenues for YEARS, nay, DECADES to come. They are making bank, NOW, on YOU and your CHILDREN and THEIR CHILDREN. I am sure the temptation is palpable at that level. (and I think its safe to say that the moral compass of the majority that seek those offices is pointing somewhere other than ‘community service’.)’
Evolutions happen. Sometimes the evolutions is hidden behind curtains; almost always over such a period of time that the day to day carries forward and the changes are so small that no one notices until someone that has been away awhile shows up and points it out. Like the evolution in how people are reacting to Propaganda from the EneMedia,,, Most are just flat ignoring it now. But most people don’t even notice they are doing so.
And it got me to thinking about the recent oust of McCarthy as Speaker of House. I don’t know all the details of why that happened, or who instigated it (though I read it was a ‘fellow’ Repugnantcan’t). Honestly, the first thing I thought when I read it was “Bidens days are numbered and so is Kamalala-dingdongs”,,, I can see a “deepstate/one worlder” friendly being raised into that position and some ‘accidents’ taking place that take out both Resident and Stooge in waiting at the same time. I AM NOT SAYING THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. I am saying it would NOT surprise me in the least. Again, my apathy gets the best of me at times.
but those thoughts lead me to thinking about ‘what comes after’; Because to be honest, this shit is destined to destroy what little symbolance of “America” is left. Oh, not the idea, that is something that can’t be killed easily (as the left is so hatefully finding out) but “The Fifty UNITED states” version,,,, Yeah, thats gonna take a serious beating and I can see some serious Balkans action taking place. BLUE state going toe to toe with a RED neighboring state, especially if the Red State has the resources the Blue state needs, like water, power, food, or fuel. (a most likely case to be sure.). I can see KommieFornication going all out trying to swallow the entire western coastline, OR being swallowed up by Mexico or China and becoming a beachhead for other actions. (I delved into this a touch in Wings, for those that didn’t read it)
Pockets of “True AmericaCANs” will stake out Freehold states. I can easily see Montana and the Dakotas joining forces (and one has GOLD which can do wonders in the world markets.).
I think these are the evolutions we will see,,, AT FIRST. Gotta break the machine to fix the machine, and that is seemingly the game plan of the left, with the one problem: They don’t know how to FIX squat other than “Fix” elections, and they really aren’t all that good at that either, seeing how it was so obvious a steal.
So, no, I am not despondent about things right now,,,, I see things improving after all hell breaks loose, and even when it does, it is never going to get so bad (I HOPE!!!) that massive country wide civil war breaks out. Places and groups, yes, continent wide, never. (again, I HOPE,,,). I can easily see a Stolen Government occupying 300 square miles of East Coast and being completely ineffective everywhere else, and ALL of the state GOVs telling their own Federally elected stooges to “get fucked”.
And that got me to thinking about something that TL mentions in his post (trying to get access to the post so I can link it,,, comms are flaky tonight.). He mentions that VETERANs number 6-7% of the populaton. I call that a bit conservative, but then, I live in an area where it was the “out” for many to get ahead in life without lowering standards to going on the DOLE, and more than a little patriotic pride to boot. Vets are more likely nearer 12%. BUT, one thing I have noted, and a little math can confirm this, most of them are vets of the recent sandbox debacles. Handfuls are like me, Desert Storm Vets, which really wasn’t much of a war,,, and then you have the dying breed of the Vietnam guys.
Of those that did the Sandbox tours,, many did 2, 3 sometimes FOUR back to back, or spaced out just regular enough that it wasn’t grueling, but how many do you think want to jump back onto that bandwagon for a community that really doesn’t seem to give one shit about Patriotism? How many of those holding on for the Retirement package in a time when our Forces are being raped and ravaged into Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity; how many are going to be willing to go to bat when the center fails? (side question, how many still in are going to take a severence package, straight out of the armory when the center doesn’t hold? Don’t answer that, rhetorical only. or you could say, I am planting a bee in a bonnet to some of my silent readers still in.)
Now, I won’t lie, I am partial to the AR platform because that is what I carried for 4 years. My AR is the long barrel, just like the one I was issued while in. I still run iron sights, same as then, though mine is a bolt on carry handle type since finding one that ISN’T a flat-top is expensive now. And I do have a scope I can interchange, but I much prefer iron for those times I do shoot. (and no, I don’t need cheaters for it. I am known hereabouts as the shooter, and can hit a pie-plate at 700 yards 9 outta 10 using iron,,,number 10 being close enough to scare the shit out of the pie-plate).

I got to thinking about that DIVERSITY hitch that is tearing the living guts out of the military right now. I knew a couple of gays while in, and this was just before the ‘don’t ask don’t tell’ shit of Clintonista fame. One was a big bruiser of a dood, could dead lift a Harley WideGlide, but liked little ‘boys’, (though don’t think he was into kids,,, just girly looking boys). I never had a clue until we were both out and Silly-villians again, and I bumped into him at a bar with his latest ‘friend’. Homosexuality in the military is NOT NEW,,, There are records of it going back to the time of Alexander,,, but it was never ‘encouraged’, just accepted and ignored,,, those that made a big stink about it were quietly shown the exits, or even rudely shown the exits in some cases. That whole “don’t ask don’t Tell” crap was already in place, but it opened doors to what we have today.
And I can tell you I knew a few Dykes in the Corps too. And they DID do the PT and were able to carry the load in combat (if they were ever given a chance) but they were as rare as the Gay I mentioned previous. There, but behind the curtain so to speak.
Think about those Vets, the silent ones that kept it under wraps because to let it out was a death sentence in their beloved Military. Do you think they feel any obligation to a nation that has shit all over them? Or to a people of a nation that acted like they were scum for the things they were asked to do in time of ‘need’? ( I say that with sarcasm since we have not needed to to fight “for” this country since 1940. That may soon change though,,, and the enemy will be in our midst when it does.)
And then you have the fact that this country is STILL armed to the teeth, those number grow larger every damned week, and no amount of Hurricane Katrina ’round ups’ is going to eliminate those toys.
and most LEO’s carry the same type and concurrently the same type of ammo,,,
And there are more .50 cal ‘spotter’ guns than I can even imagine (when I see .50cal ammo on the shelf at three different places, usually empty, but not always,,, someone around here like BIG bangy goodness,,, and this is an armpit of the country,,, think how many more there are.)
NO, I’m not to worried that the Globalists are winning. In fact, as mentioned in multiplicity at Sarahs, they are on the ropes, scared shitless, and running the game plan at WOT because the thought of losing scares them shitless, Think Christmas surprise for a certain man and his wife,,,, Those pics cause the PeeLousy and Turtleboy to wet themselves: they fear they are next.
If you can, (looking at you Francis) get the hell out of the areas that are going to become cannibal fests, Upstate NewYawk may have a chance, but closer to the coast, HELL ON EARTH. Bring something to the table, skills, knowledge, strength, weapons, but bring something. Be a maker. Even if that something is knitting, its something.
And if you can’t ‘Get’, make sure that you have the means to be the meanest sumbitch and skills to lead the way for others. Just sayin’. Its gonna take a certain amount of ruthless in some places,,, other places, it may seem like nothing at all has changed (except even the kids are packin’ heat.). But I think we are about to hit the peak of evolution in this country, and what comes next,,,, Heinleins Starship Troopers? Hunger Games? 1984? or Ecotopia? (that last was required reading at some place best not mentioned,,, Total Marxist tripe IMO.). Or some combination, spread out over a Balkanized Continent?
We shall see. or those of us that make it through will. Can’t say we all will, too many variables.
