Welcome to my brain. It’s messy. It’s interesting. And it’s all connected if you stick around long enough. "Believe Nothing: no matter who said it, even if I have said it, except it agree with your own reason and common sense. Siddhartha Guatamo, the Buddha.

Closed loop, hella start, whacked out day

Today was the muhnday I didn’t have on monday,,, If it could get wonky, it did. Got on site and had ALL the wrong parts, not enough of the right parts, and things just kept getting stranger from there. Finally, at 3 o’clock, I said “The hell with it, Load up, we’s goin home”

Came home and jumped straight into the Blazer: pulling parts and pieces, getting to the block so that I can get it out of the beast. Hella good start, down to manifolds, engine mounts and bellhousing (torque coverter bolts to, but ,,,) Gonna have to change out both intake and exhaust manifolds because the ones on the blazer have way more ‘holes’ for emissions crap that aren’t on Buffalo. But thats just a detail thing, and I have a full upper gasket kit on hand already.

And when I checked in on Mark,,, He’s done. Closed the loop. and getting a much deserved rest now. Last vlog he put up, you could see the toll this Greater Loop was having. I won’t say he was cracking, but he was showing some signs of distress that I hadn’t seen before. Granted, the last couple weeks have been some hard paddling, with near constant fog condition, lots of crossing of bays depending on compass headings, and the audio illusions that fog creates. That shit will wear a mind down quick, and knowing you are in a boat that won’t glitch a radar signal,,,, But thats all behind him now,,,, Time to go back to Norway and revel in the glow of his grandkids and family, and safe surroundings. Kudos Mark, you have been an inspiration to me, and countless others over the last year. Wear your laurels well.
