Almost home (updated)
The man is a paddling machine the last week. He covered the remaining distance, if not a bit more, just Sunday to land where he is.
I figure, weather permitting (and seas,,, tides can be wiley rascals up there) he will be at the start finish by end of day today (July 31) A little over a year after he started, over 10000 kilometers, ups and downs, miniture disasters, many many many strangers opening doors and providing when least expected but needed most,,,,

someday, Dio, someday,,,, Maybe not that level, but this isn’t his first long adventure either. These things need built up to, not just dived in. And I know I ain’t ready, at least not in the physical, not yet,,,(oh, but hy head is,,,,)
5:30 my time, and Marks track has stopped about mid point between his start this morning and end point of the entire trip. dunno why, but hey, the man has paddled 10000 kliks, if he wants to stop and party at a friends house in pre-celebration, more power to him.
