Escape the asylum day

Those are the cliffs from a previous post where I took a picture from 1/4 mile away. Getting much more confident in crossings, even with gusting winds (waves were all fetch-type, and predictable, not the chaos of fastmovers)
Dunno miles or speed, GPS was actung wonky and swears I did 2 miles, dead straight, across a Ridgeline and all, at 18+knph!!! Lol. Like I could paddle that fast!! All good, I think we are getting some sunspot activity since even the phone has been hit or miss of late,,,
Minds in a better place right now, and that was my goal. More laters

I’ve got a feeling that they’ve reintroduced the random variable thing into the GPS system. During heightened states of defcon ya know…
Trying to find a small camper that my Toyota mini can pull out to the hunt camp. A hard and dear thing these days it seems. You can find lots of used double axle trailers for reasonable prices 10k + range. Crazy little house syndrome I guess. Or perhaps just a function of the area I live in.
After last year’s hunting season , l give up on long term setups for tent camping. The weather the past few years here has been nuts in mid September !
Usually we set up for several months and don’t tear it down till season ends after the first of January.
Last year was a total wash out after two back to back whirlly girls came through.
Must be getting old when I want a drier hard shell shelter .
So it goes.
