But it seems to me, that paying people a crap wage, you would want to treat them a bit better than as something you’d wipe off your arse,,,

I know it works completely backwards to that; the more a person makes the more respect they receive, especially from those payin’  

Mehbe that why they are called ‘dirty jobs’,,, because of the way those that do them are treated,,,   dunno,,

That was an early mornin’ note taking session from a Muhnday morn that should have been awesome, but fell flat with a quickness.   Amazingly, all hands on deck today, but weather dictated that certain jobs were to remain on hold,  more on that later in the post.

Its the afternoon now, heading into evening, sloppin’ together a dinner for self, and the kids are already fed and back off running the woods. And I am taking a few minutes of self reflection and realized just how ODD I truly am. See, I am sitting here with a pad of paper, writing things out like I were having a brainstorming session with a group of people: top of the sheet is the ‘question item’ and below it are the aspects, pro’s and cons of each, and some other pragmatic points, like desirablitly, financial aspects (that whole asset/liability of a P&L statement) Time frames if achievable, and some of the ideas are nothing short of towers in the clouds with no foundation, but they get jotted down just as well or the hind brain will think its being ignored,,,,

And I toss in empircal calculations of Apocolyptic Collapse,,, Empirical because don’t none of know squat about this. We are just making it up as we go along because somehow that part of the training manual was left on the floor of the editors office.

We’s All Flippin’ Wingin’ it!!!! Thats why when I hear ‘Expert” I start chortling,,, The most honest doctor will tell you “its call ‘Practice of’ for reasons,,,,” We get to figure out the parameters, but the final solutions are always complicated and NOT JUST ONE,,,

And I try to avoid the thinking that leads to ‘Self Fulfilling Prophecy’ That way leads to madness and circular logic that always brings on heartaches,,,, Note, TRY to avoid,,, not always successfully,,,,:-(

Wandered around town in Buffalo this eve after leaving the J.O.B., debating on heading to the lake and taking BJ out for a stroll. River is up a bit from all that rain and looking like a shit milkshake, plus the banks will be slick as snot for another day yet. But I just couldn’t get the gumption to make that little haul and going through the trouble of changing clothes and fumbling a 70# boat to the water,,,, Something on my mind that was nibbling at any motivation, and thats why I am sitting here having a brainstorming session with my various aspects of Hoomanbeing; type Dio, Version????

Yeah, A’m Wyrd,,,, Too many years running tours and other peoples businesses,,,, And being an INTJ, we like form and function,,, Hell, if I could hold a job interview for the next missus Dio, (and get away with it) I would.

Tomorrow should be better since they are calling for clear skies and I will have my hands full as krewlead, carpenter and hole puncher,,, Not as much time for the brain to start gnawing on things it would be best to leave alone,,,, Much easier to block the “how can I,,,” when I am focused on “who can do this,,,” as krewleader.
