Read that in comments earlier, been getting that drift from reading other blog sites as well. Still laying low on the news cycles since its all BS anymore, anyways,,, but there is definitely something brewing.
Like the fact that no matter what the word on The Ukraine/Russia war, whats really going on there has much larger stakes than just Xi-den and krew trying to cover thier asses,,, More like the power plays are turning against the NATO peeps and they are so locked into thier strategy, they can’t see that they are getting their entire world handed to them on a platter and being told to “Fuck Off” by the two superpowers that are actually drawing support,,,, Like to the tune of 85% of the free world,,,,
I said it a time or two here: that the PTwB, that had to lie and obfuscate to destroy a sitting president so they could get their puppet into place, have wanted to destroy this country for a long time, and are now on the road to that goal. None of them give a rats ass that a country is NOT its government, EVER, but its people, that they wish DEATH on the AMERICAN people is beyond obvious… And I guess with good reason that they wish this: we are some of the most ungovernable types,,, even when we keep playing along to their tunes, we do it in our own ways, and always try to find ways to blunt the damage they intend.
Well, We are about to take a fall of a sort, and things are gonna get tight and troublesome for nearly everyone, fatal for some, but in the end, we will rise from the ashes of what they burn,,, The only real question: are we going to be better for it?
I dunno. seems like a random coin toss to me at this stage.
Get your stuff in order, I know I keep saying it, and I know some of you have/are/will,,,, I’m dealing with that big one right now, Personal health. Got lots of preps in place, but if ya ain’t got your health, you ain’t got shit,,,, Been dreading the choice I have infront of me, IE, finding a doc and getting checked over,,, Yeah, my trust in the medical establishment is pretty much shot after the last three years. I am being quite particular about what sort of doc I want, and one that is attached at the hip to some major group is NOT on that list. Sadly, around here, that seems to be ALL of them,,,, I haven’t found one yet that is independent (locally, that is)
Anywhoos,,,, there is a feeling of dread growing in most everyone I have talked to, reached out to, etc,,, but of course, no one really has any solid evidence of WHAT,,,, My opinion, is we are at the end fo the downhill slide and about to fall off the end of that slide and hit the bottom,,, As a country, NOT as a people. As a people, I think we are about to hit a revival stage and come back stronger than before (and not like we have been since the 70’s,,, getting weaker and dumber,,,)

I too lost all trust in “western medicine” after a 2 year ordeal with my wife back in ’00/’01. I hadn’t seen a doctor for ANYTHING from ’02 til 2020 but I was starting to have some issues as I approached my mid 50’s. I found a local doctor of Chinese medicine and went to her. She did an exam that frankly seemed like voodoo and told me my adrenal glands were shot. Remedy was a combination of herbal supplements and acupuncture. After a couple months I felt like a new man. Zero pharmaceutical interference. I dont care for their government, but their food znd their medicine has been nothing but good to me. Just saying…

Not the first I have heard this,,, Around here, I thnk Lexington is the closest I would find such, or Knoxville TN,,, and it seems like around here, all the docs that are practicing are now HIndi, most all the cuacasians have left for better money climes.

FWIW a quick Google maps search brought up half a dozen acupuncture clinics in Lexington. Worth a look imho..IMHO… Tho just like with any service, some are gonna be better than others.

So yeah, the sense of dread of another shoe fixin’ to drop bigly is ramping up. Like you I have drifted away from following some of the screeching headlines, but I don’t totally ignore, gotta at least have a glimpse of what’s coming aye? Beyond those glimpses though I am losing the compulsion of following every day. Same shit, marching incrementally forward.
As for the medical end of things, theboringoldman raises good points above. You might also consider doing a search for direct primary care docs anywhere near you. Those of us that chose this path did so by and large to remove ourselves from the beast system because of its inherent problems and frank corruption. While the money is a pittance comparatively, the freedom to work with patients on their terms without running a crowded assembly line is 100% worth it.
Have met a small group of like minded folks with varying talents. I will be doing a class or two for the group on wound care, suture/staple/treatment, among other things. I have the time to do so since I am not running a crowded office and it’s good karma methinks. It also drives my mind to think about the possible difficulties of providing care in the future and thinking outside the (pharma industrial complex) box.
Fact is, at the end of the day if we take care of ourselves (don’t be fat, don’t eat shitty food, careful with alcohol and tobacco, exercise…much of today’s “treatments” might be rendered unneeded.
