Round Two of Ugh,

Last night was bad,,, This morning was rough as well. I dunno what that bug was but it hit the nerves. My entire spine felt like it was lit up by smouldering gunpowder last night. This morning, every old ache and pain (Old Arthur,,,) was lit up like Las Vegas.

And even though I am not running a fever, I just can not seem to get warm. Been running around with a watchcap on my head even though its in the fifties outside.

Made it a long night last night. Laid out at 8pm and absolutely refused to get up (other than hydraulic pressure) until 8am.

Spring fever, a new flu, my body being its aged and grumpy self? Dunno, but this one was bad. Even now, I feel my right elbow and shoulder are twingy (the two most damaged areas) At least twingy is an improvement over “DON’T YOU DARE TRY TO FLEX ME!!!!”

Gettin’ old sucks,,,,(Ain’t no gettin’, you got!!!)

Usual sunday antics on my end, minus water time. Wanna, but with how I am feeling, and the fact that its Dogwood spring out there (Cold snaps have names around these parts,,, Redbud, Dogwood, and Blackberry) naw,,, think I will play the sane one in my head today and sit tight.

‘Sides, I don’t want a round three. As bad as last night was, a relapse of that would about kill me.
