See food, SEA food kick
That’un is tonights dinner and tomorrows lunch. Sadly, my propane crapped out, and I had to shift to the oven inside. Thank the small gods I live alone as a bach,,, Cedar smoke pouring out of the oven every time the burner kicked in. ROFL. BUT, its spring time, a hella NICE day today and I have all the windows open already, so no muss no fuss. Smoked salmon, mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
Only downside to being on a seafood kick in Kentuck,,, Frozen is about the choice you get,,, Kinda miss my time in Sand-Dawg when I could go down the pier and buy fresh right from the fishermen. Lemon shark on the barby,,, Nomnomnom,,,,
Just got word, gonna be an early day tomorrow and that means LONG day tomorrow,,, Bossman is gonna have a coronary when he writes my paycheck this week,,,,
