Dipping that toe into some reality.

First off, if this applies to you, I sympathize completely.

I want to you consider this little tidbit of information,,,

There isn’t anything new under the sun.

But there is THIS,,, Not new, brought it up several times since 2010, and always get snickered at by fellow “conservative” bloggers,,, but I never stopped watching that arena,,,,

The Roman Empire fractured, collapsed and a Church rose from its ashes,,, Dark times carried over several centuries before ‘the Enlightenment’,,, Billy Beck calls what is coming the “Endarkenment”, BUT, I wonder,,, Most of those countries listed above, are NOT ON BOARD with the WEF, those Parasites that are attempting this “great Reset”, and “15 minute Cities” and social credit scores and strictly electronic currency,,, You know them: the “you will own nothing and be happy” farts that pollute our world with their halitosis,,,

Now, why I wonder is with our Tech,,, Things are NOT the same as they were when the Roman Empire collapsed, where technology was not shared as far and wide as it is these days. That I can hold a REAL TIME conversation via chats or text message with someone clear on the other side of the planet,,, Unless the world plunges through a wormhole and ends up in a section of the universe where physical laws are different and Electricity does not function,,,,, I hold hope that things are not going to get so far down the rabbit hole that we are back in the Dark Ages, nor that MadMax becomes a ‘norm’.

Now, lets talk about that toe dip in reality thing.

If you aren’t Rural, you’re wrong,,, Get out before things are REALLY sliding down the slope of collapse. Absolutely the LAST thing you want to be when times get tough, is a refugee,,,, If you think the treatment of ‘refugees’ also called illegal immigrants on this side of the border, is the ‘Norm’,,, you’d best start re-reading history… Do Not Become A Refugee, unless all hope is gone,,, AND THEN, you had best have a destination and be welcome at it before hoofing it out. All else, you are likely to become a slave, a victim, or a corpse, or all three in due course. (the only other option of destination, is SKILLS,,, if you are a medical pro, or have serious trade skills that are cross discipline, you may be able to negotiate with a group. But don’t count on it.)

Surviving anything, there are things you MUST keep in order. Water,,,, Food,,,, medical if you are dependent on it,,,, Shelter,,,, Defense,,,,

Defense is also ‘Opsec’, ‘SmellSec, and ‘shut-your-flipping-trapSEC’. If you have things you know others are going to want, and the simplicity of those things gets more basic as times get tighter, SHUT YOUR DAMNED TRAP about it NOW!!! Keep it under wraps, and keep your mouth shut. When cooking, be careful of how your smokes and smells function… When people get hungry, a pot of soup simmering can be detected from quite a distance, and if someone is feeling hollow and has been for days, that smell can be detected at three times the distance. And hunger makes people just a wee bit insane,,, Diplomacy is not in the cards,,,

My biggest fear is that we are going to lose our First World status FIRST, and until such time as we can replace the FRAUD with something more inline to the founding principles of this country,,, we are fooked! Its gonna get uglier and uglier as the Current FRAUD fights to maintain power and control, and people are going to start dying: not just from starvation, but all the fun and games that a dying government can come up with to hold that last small section of rope it has in its grasp.

Seriously, find a doc or a Vet (or both) that is of like mind, make friends with them, work with them and establish serious rapport on what the future may hold, because when things REALLY start to unravel, they are the ones that are going to keep you and yours healthy enough to keep going, and you had best help them stay that way too.

And remember, none of the collapses happened overnight. Many took decades,,, this time around, I think the singular is more apropos: decade. The timescales of our world are so short these days , thanks to immediate information retrieval, not requiring days and weeks to ‘broadcast’ news, such as Rome times,,, this one is gonna happen FAST, and recovery may be almost as fast, but that opens up a can of worms in its own way.
