Saw that at a church today while out and about. And its a truth. It only takes one change in course to radically change your ‘reality’: decide to rob that bank, and the whole world changes for you, as just an example, and which way that choice plays out has lots to do with the aftermath of the choice, BUT it was still a choice,,,,

You can choose to keep hearing the lies, believing the lies, or you can wake up and start looking at the facts that don’t mesh with the lies,,, Choice is yours. I, being an INTJ, an ‘Odd’, and a contrariain, MUCH prefer facts over dogma and propaganda.

And I have a pretty decent understanding of Hooman Nature, (which is why I much prefer the company of furrie four feets,,,Despite being a member of that species I am associated with,,,) Like I told a guy at work (bible thumper,,,) I was feeding the shop kats and said I prefer the fuzzies over two feets, and he retorted ‘I understand but don’t agree’, and I said, “At least with the furries, you know where you stand with them. they aren’t going to lie to you or hand you a bunch of bullshit. They either like and trust you, or they don’t, and they are all greedy liitle kibble monsters, feed ’em and they will show you some gratitude, even if they aren’t the most ‘tame’.” and I backed up my statement by reaching out to little Red ( Pale’s brother, who is still quite feral ) and LR looked up, sniffed my finger, rubbed it, and went back to eating.

We like to think we are rational creatures, but it’s a myth we spin for ourselves to keep us happy. We are driven by our emotions, and the biggest emotion is self-preservation. Either our ourselves or our species, but that depends on how self-centered a personality is. And if you think thats bunk, best look at how advertisers target their audiences. Its either self preservation, reproduction, or self gratification that are the key forces behind advertisers spin. Note, two of those are ‘Self’ as the key word,,, (we tend to be a bit narcissitic,,) You can watch one hundred commercials today, and you can put any and all of them into one of, maybe even two of those catagories. And you won’t even need to broadbrush the catagory to make the commercial fit.

We really are that simple, just like the four-feets, we just shroud it behind ‘rationalizations’. Trust me, if we ‘didn’t feel like it’ we wouldn’t do it. The trick is getting the thinking mind to convince the feeling mind that this will feel good and then you start to shift directions ‘in a rational way’. That little bit of control that THINKING mind has, is the only thing that separates us from the furries. and believe me, its not a huge chasm between Feral Hooman and Rational Hooman. (want proof? visit Chi-congo on a Saturday night, of foot, un-armed, with a $100 bill taped to your chest. And it wouldn’t matter what shade your skin is,,, You’ll see the Hooman Animal up close and personal with a quickness.,,, Just pray you live to see the morrow,,,)

And we are importing more of that ‘close to nature’ mentality everyday, with little hope of assimilation because our institutions are all about ‘Feelz’ and ‘attendence awards’, and ‘Gender Fluidity’. Our Government is over-run with 60’s Drop-outs that have spent thier entire lives working on Tax Reciepts and never actually contributed to the society that they supposedly represent,,, Our military has been ‘repurposed’ and any and all that were actual PATRIOTS are being ran off with a blackberry switch and cries of ‘white supremiscist’,,, EVEN IF THEY ARE SHADES DARKER,,, (and I saw this coming when a guy was OTH’ed (other than honorable) for a tattoo of the Confederate flag that was in a VERY concealed place,,,)

(and for those that aren’t in the know, I was OTH’ed from the Corps,,,, Not for a tattoo, (though the FIrst Sargeant DID try a time or two, me and that fuck never did see eye to eye,,,,) but for Failure to make movement. What movement? Taking back LA during the Rodney King Riots. I refused, but they couldn’t get me for failure to follow orders, because I refused to follow an ‘unlawful order’, and they knew it,,,, that whole posse comitatus thing. And they couldn’t say it was because I was afraid of combat, as I had just returned from Kuwait and had a confirmed kill on my record,,, BUT, I digress,,,,)

YOU, me included, every single swinging, or teated, Joe/Jill, are on the cusp of a decision that will change our lives, our futures, the future of our children/grands/great grands. We just have to make the choice.

Will I comply? And that is the choice, yes or no. and that choice is coming on fast,,, (and should be a daily thought,,,)
