WhatheheckhappenedtoMuhnday?!?!?!

So totally skipped out yesterday.   Not the J.O.B. thingy, but life in general after cutting loose for the eve,,,    Got home, fed kids, don’t even recall feeding me, though I DO recall rebuilding the fire.

and passed The F!ck OUT!!!   Slept through TWO alarms this morning, one for 6 and the other 6:30 and it was almost 7 when i came to.    Beat! As! F!ck!!!

and froze my damned ass off today,,,

Mark Ervin took the day off (muhnday) as well,,, posted a Vid yesterday, and seems in much MUCH better spirits about things.   

so I was in much better spirits,

until,

I wandered over to Big Countries site.    Seems a long time Writer I admire has been diaged with the BIG ‘C’, and not in a way that gives hope.   Don’t know all the details, but seems that Gerard has been diaged with late stage cancer of some sort and the clock is winding out for him.   Like BCE, I hope that he beats it, but knowing how the whole health industry is these days,,,,

Mr VanDerLuen has commented on here a time or two, once was to correct me in some way, but he did so, so nicely, and with encouragement to keep writing,,,   I recall his writing has been taking a hit lately sometimes on, sometimes off, and I would imagine his health has been a factor in that.   Gerard, My best wishes to you in all aspects, and if this is ‘that time’, do it with the grace and style that you have added to the world the last few decades.   

We all move on, and its not always with time to make sure plans are laid. (Updated: Just read that GVDL has entered into Hospice. The clock is ticking, and I am making the assumption that he made that choice to go out easy, and stop fighting it. Not that Hospice is easy, but they do try like the devil to make the patients as comfortable as they can. Via con Dios fellow writer, you will be missed, and I pray your words will carry forward for centuries to come. ) 

I had an idea for a post but I think I will put that one off for tomorrow.   Other thinks going on too,
