I tink I needed that

That waters damned cold too. Pogies helped, but my fingers still got chilled.
Wish all of my boats were as confidence inspiring as BJ is,,, Shes the boat I will throw on any water, in any weather and grin like a fool while doing it.
Still at the lake, suns dropping fast, and so are the temps. Didn’t bring camping gear or I’d kick up a hammock and build a fire and just chill awhile, maybe even stay over. I have a new zero bag that needs tested out (bought 4 months back and haven’t used once, pulled it out only long enough to insure I fit and all the zips work)
But, I can tell ya; I need more work on that machine. A lot more than 30 minutes a night. My form is doing much better as is my edging, but me lungs are wheezy messes. And yah, I know, i just spent last weekend sicker than a dog and I ain’t 20 sumpin anymore,,,,, it takes me a bit longer than one week to get back up to snuff. And I gave myself a handicap with BJ vs Lizzy. It takes a lot more effort to get BJ moving, and she doesn’t track like a train, so I’m always making corrections. That means I was working harder and THAT is what I need.
